trigger-dangerous-heart-arrhythmia-covid-patients.html

So, when we moved 11 years ago and got settled (and I felt we could afford it) I went and got a scan and it only showed arthritis (at 32!) around the neck, shoulders, and elbows (because defective connective tissue doesn't show up on any scan and that's what 75% of the problem was)... the doc eventually prescribed me Hydroxychloroquine.

After a month and a half my knee muscles stopped working and I couldn't walk up the stairs from our basement. I'd have to walk up a few steps and rest, and when I figured it out and googled it and found out that was a side effect...I stopped taking it.

But it wasn't until recently I figured out that my bradycardia (slow heart rate) ALSO started about the same time, and I wouldn't figure that out for 8 years because I think it caused those blood clots (bradycardia can cause them due to pooling and lack of constant flow)) and my bp was very very high for a while after that until I had that CT scan and popped them.

I still have bradycardia, and while it's possible that it's from having EDS, it's also now possible that taking Hydroxychloroquine is what caused it.

I should mention that Hydroxychloroquine contains sulfur, so it's next to impossible that it doesn't cause severe side effects, since many people have problems with sulfur, in ANY form.

For people that don't have a problem with sulfur it could work as an anti-inflammatory, but since we HAVE NO TESTS FOR A CONDITION THAT DOCTORS HAVE KNOWN ABOUT SINCE ANCIENT GREECE!!!, it's next to impossible to tell who it will help and who it will hurt...

I have no idea why the side effects don't seem to affect people with Lupus that take it...
