Saw it last week and thought it would be good to share some thoughts:

It's much better than I anticipated, both funny and fun without being too much for the kids and too boring for the adults. Rusell Brand is HI-larious as the title character and Hank Azaria almost steals this movie. I had a good time and so did my nieces 14 and 8 years old.

It's no Despicable Me, but it's good clean fun.

I was wondering how would this movie be for non-christians? We have a split religion household and I was afraid it was gonna be a "grinch" ...but for Easter?

Well, its done tastefully and doesn't actually offend, IMHO. But it takes the Easter Bunny franchise into a whole new level. Parents and kids were laughing and having a grand ole time. Like I said, I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.
It's rated PG for some mild "poop" humor, but religion is never mentioned (from what I remember, saw it opening weekend), but there's a good message for the kids. I won't spoil it for you.
