There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

This vampire movie from 2006 will be on the CHILLER cable network tonight at 7pm Central Standard Time. Adjust that for where you live and which feed your cable or satellite provider uses. It features Adam and other Whedonverse alums Clare Kramer, Tom Lenk, and Serena Scott Thomas, along with Jeremy Sisto (Waitress, L&O) and Matt Keeslar (The Middleman, and oh yeah, another Whedon show, Dollhouse's "The Target").

It has a poor rating at IMDb.com, but I'm going to check it out anyway. I can't imagine it could be as bad as Adam's Jekyll & Hyde movie.

Sorry, my bad. Next time I'll check CHILLER's schedule instead of relying on TV Guide. What they played was "The Thirst: Blood War" from 2008 with Tony Todd and Jason Connery.

STAPLES

I just bought a used copy of this movie. It is fun. I wouldn't call it "good" in any way shape or form, but it's a movie you can throw in when you're bored and you want to see buckets of blood spraying in peoples' faces (which, who occasionally doesn't?). As I said - fun, but stupid.

I just found out that Netflix offers it in streaming video, so I may watch it soon.

STOWEAWAY

I'm going to have to disagree with Staples. We rented The Thirst to show at our Browncoat Halloween shindig. It was so bad as to be un-watchable. And I don't mean just me -- the whole group couldn't bare to watch more than the first 30 minutes.
It's a shame really. We all love Adam Baldwin. And Jeremy Sisto is a superior actor too. They just weren't enough to make us suffer through it.
