I first found out about Firefly this weekend at a friends house. And MAN this is what the original Star Trek should have been like. And its believable humans screwing up earth enough to have to leave her. Needs a little work on explaining mechanical things but with 1 season LOOK AT WHAT THEY DID. I am now more Brown Coat than Trekie

So happy to see a new recruit. Are you by any chace in the medical field? You sound kind of like my friends who do medically (it's a word I swear ha ha) things for a living.
