May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Managed a 4.80 mile walk on Saturday and a 6.13 mile walk on Sunday!

Did 4.11 miles at lunch yesterday and then 3.74 last night after supper. Had a 35 minute workout on the 'Flex.

GOTTHAMMER

Since monday:
Around two hours of Tai Chi per day, stretching, a little cardio, and short (around a kilometer) walks under the hot sun.
Today (Thursday):
After two hours of Tai Chi, did around 3 hours of Arnis (though it wasn't continuous as I helped in teaching some of the students).

Comments:
Tired. Ouch. Dang...its hot.

Thought for the day:
Pain is just weakness leaving the body.

I put in 4.17 miles at lunch on Tuesday and another 3.15 after supper Tuesday night.

Yesterday I put in 4.85 miles.
