I'd love to try it, but have been told it would be a bad idea due to the fact I've had a few too many head injuries does anyone know if that's the case or if its just operators being overly cautious and concerned? I've had over 20 concussions and 4 minor skull fractures:teeny weeny cracks, no skin broken no stitches or surgery required just bad headaches for a couple of days, my skull is apparently thicker than the average...just as well).any advice would be appreciated as I really would like to jump out of a plane and fall to the ground gracefully (while squeaking with delight) at least once in my life.

You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

Head trauma is one of the most common injuries suffered in skydiving accidents. I don't know if the wind turbulence would exacerbate past existing head trauma; that would be a question for a professional. I think, ultimately, it would depend on how willing you are to risk it.

I'm willing to risk it but I'm trying to get all the right info first. I think I'll take your advice and see if I can talk to someone in the air force. We have a base nearby.
