I posted a while back about getting some shirts made like the fish shirt Jayne wears in the BDM. here is a comp image to show the size of the graphic on the shirt, and the shirt color.

here is a close up of the actual shirt graphic, sorry about the photo quality, my cam is a piece of fei-oo.

the shirts are a brunt orange cotto/poly blend, the graphic is in grey and has been screen printed directly to the shirt, for better quality.( this is not a heat transfer like cafepress ) right now I have 9 X-large, and 10 large let, I've been selling them for $12.00 + shipping.

I'm also sending you an e-mail with these same inquiries, but I've got two questions: 1.) Are they ringer tees like in the movie? and 2.) Is the color closer to that of the mock-up than the actual photo? I'm assuming that the weird bright green is just because of your camera.

Anyway, I'm likely to hit that with honor if it's near "screen accurate".

Oooh. I'm VERY interested. But I'll have to follow in the footsteps of MOHRSTOUTBEARD and ask if the color's closer to the composite. It doesn't matter to me whether they're ringers or not. I love the color in the compo, but the low-quality picture's color....eh, not so much.

Then again, I dunno what good it'll do me, since I don't wear a large or X-large. Will you be printing more anytime soon?

Cool. I have a basic version of that, similar to the kind Adam wore at DragonCon '04. Mine is a simple white shirt, with the chinese character and fish skeleton in black.

Wonder how man of those damn shirts he has!

I saw the shirt you're talking about...do you know there that one and this shirt here appeared, respectively? I remember seeing a picture of Jayne wearing the white one, but I don't recall seeing it (or this one) in any episodes, or the Big Damn Movie.

Also, giving this topic a bump. It deserves the publicity!

Could you please just make it stranger? Stranger. Odder. Could be weirder. More bizarre. How about uncanny?

I used to sell personalized (meaning your name in chinese instead of Jayne's on the back; here are some shirts with only the chinese names http://www.cafepress.com/10thcrew/952981 ) versions on my Zazzle site, before evil minions of the gorram Alliance shut me down without so much as a reach around.

Since then, I've grown my Cafe Press site 100 fold and have tons and tons of stuff, but no one has requested the dead fish T (though I have the fish on an ornament! http://www.cafepress.com/10thcrew.35485283 ). If people want it, I can make it available again, as I still have the images I made. It's not 100% authentic, but it is so gorram close, I impress my own self!
