The combination of poor hygenie and adoration for the odors found on your fingers can be lethal. Recently I have enjoyed very spicy indian cuisine which produced a rather violent bowel movement this morning. It didn't take to long for the affected area to become both itchy and stinky, irresistble to those with this disorder. As you might have guessed, feces was transfered to fingers and soon, well, you know the rest.
