I wanted to mention something that I have known for years. Spinach is not good for you. When I was a child I remember being horrified at the blatent genetic mutations that could occur simply by consuming a can of spinach. Horrible difigurments to one's arms and chest, diminished intellegence, speech impediments, squinting of the eyes, and a propensity for violence.

Now it is revealed that even fresh spinach is deadly...I call upon all of you, my good and dear, if often misguided with you slavish adherance to a liberal agenda that is bad for America, friends to reject vegetables and join me in a meat eating protest of the Big-Vegetable's goals of global domination.

Beef...its what's for dinner. Ok, actually I'm doing catfish on the grill with butter and salt and a side order of cole slaw.

I love my captain

I heard about this. I'm from Michigan so it's been on the news. Now I'm glad I never eat spinach.

And I love veggies! Been a broccali and peas fan since infance but they could never get me to eat that crap.

My folks always did steamed spinach. That did not smell like something edible. More like...sewage. Never understood how it was apatizing to them. Now I say I was right all along. Anything that smells like spinach can't be good for you.

Please...I'm like the thong-covered arse of a supermodel. I might offend a few people here and there, but deep down, most people are always happy to see me.

Depends on the color of the supermodel, which is not a racial comment since nice looking supermodels are race-neutral and often vary widely in color, shape, and marketability. I note for the record that I am a very pale, pasty shade of white...kind of like Russell Crowe, only overweight, out of shape, not as tall, much poorer actor, no Australian accent, but can kill a Gaul with the best of them...one can bounce a quarter off my arse presuming you drop said coin from atop a large building.

This is no fun...somebody make fun of PirateNews or the rioting 'can't say a bad thing about Islam/Killing babies is ok' crowd. Or the Eagles...boy did they blow that game or what? Now those guys needed their spinach...I'm just sayin...

Well me thinks that crap wouldn't be bad to eat if it wasn't covered in crap!

i don't know why everyone is surprised, I KNOW I watched a 60 minutes or a 2020 that showed migrant farmers using the rows between crops for a crapporia.

When I ingest crap - I want it to have had a face!

Don't know why you're so surprised. Growers have resisted for years providing porta-potties for their field workers. It seems the time it takes for people to walk back and forth from the can cuts too heavilly into the profit margin.

They have their place. Lettuce and tomato go on top of the bacon douboe cheeseburger. A side order of cole slaw can do wonders for fish or ribs. A well placed cucumber can help one's marriage. But you must remember that you are consuming the vegetables, they are not consuming you...
