...Brain, that is.

I thought I'd throw in a different twist to the usual left v. right war on this board.

Here's a VERY cool image to test where you lean. The cool part is seeing if you can change the dancer's direction. Once you figure out how, it's awesome. Have fun!

I've seen that before, it was posted on SerenityMovie a little while back.

Last time she was spinning anti-clockwise first, this time she was spinning clockwise, weird.

I've been able to reverse it both times

Though there was a question on SM whether it was rigged.

More insane ramblings by the people who brought you beeeer milkshakes!
No one can see their reflection in running water. It is only in still water that we can see.

She switches, every time I take my eyes off of it. Is it possible to have non dominant hemispheres?

Don't squat with your spurs on.

Yeah I think it might be.

I see her spinning clockwise but my son sitting next to me sees her spinning counterclockwise. Got her to switch directions by lowering my head and looking up at her but as soon as I refocused she went back to clockwise.

Apparently right-brained. But I would say not, at least for me.

I seem to naturally see it move clockwise; I can 'trick' it into going counter clockwise, but as I analyze it moving counter clockwise, it looks 'backwards and off balance' and it suddenly shifts to going clockwise again. I have to shift it going to counter clockwise and simply stare at it mindlessly for it to stay going in that direction.

Try thinking about different things and feeling different things while looking at the dancer. Try doing math vs. visualizing an image, or feeling secure vs. feeling creative.

For me, she turned counterclockwise when I was reading the list of left-brained activities, and turned clockwise when I read the right-brain list. That impressed me to no end.

I noticed when I was walking today that without the proper application of both left and right...you never get anywhere.

I looked at it on Saturday and again Sunday and both days I've seen it moving clockwise, which evidently means I'm right brain dominate. It's interesting that most people at work would say that I'm Left-brain dominate because of my scientific background and objective view of work related issues, but I've always known that I'm right-brain dominate. I’m more likely to view issues in a big-picture way than a strictly logical way and I’ve always had excellent spatial perception.

MISSTRESSAHARA

This has been on so many sites it becomes redundent. But I just look at her shadow, which to me is going clockwise. Guesse I'm a righty. But I'm an artist, so which side am I using when I draw?
