Those are pretty good, no bonehead picks. Finally, a list I can agree with. I had hoped RWR made the list, tho.

Didn't even mention that Andrew Jackson singlehandedly shut down the central bank though. Can't belileve they didn't mention the most bad assed thing that any president had ever done. Then again, we're talking about Cracked. At least the man made the list.

I dunno... I kinda think Truman should've made the list. After all, dude *did* nuke Japan - TWICE! And he fired Macarthur, too, which is pretty badass.

Sweeping generalizations are always wrong!

That is a good list.

Jackson I sometimes see more of a psycho brute than 'Badass' but he did take on banks, fought Europe's Monarchy and survived an assassination attempt. He and his brother got smallpox, I think Jackson an orphan at age 14, his life experience led him to despise values he associated with Britain, particularly aristocracy and political privilege but I wonder if he allowed Hate and Anger to consume him? Barack Obama announced it was removing Jackson's portrait from the $20 bill and replacing it with one of Harriet Tubman, the plan was put on hold during Trump's presidency, President Joe Biden's administration resumed it in 2021. https://web.archive.org/web/20210125205042/https://apnews.com/article/

Andrew Jackson was also rated the third-most overrated president

He fought the might of the Empire of the British and yet also became a populist who killed the Native American, a slave-owning member of the Southern gentry, the women around him caused scandals, he was obsessed with people who might have wronged him, on his last day as President he said he had only two regrets: that he had not hanged Henry Clay or shot John C. Calhoun

I see a bit of mentally unstable in Jackson like some sort of a perversion mixed with a character from an old classic The Great Train Robbery or a Ned Kelly story or Bad Lieutenant, Reservoir Dogs, Goodfellas, Taxi Driver, Full Metal Jacket, There Will Be Blood...he just seemed a bit uncontrolled willing to murder others over bets on a horse. Strange how none of these 'Badass' lists will give credit to Thomas Jefferson before the USA was event a thing or a power and while jihads terrorized Southern European ships and demand wealth or captured slaves as tribute so he went all the way across the world while America didn't really have many ships, he builds the US Marines and he fought the North African muzzies, the Morrocan, Libyan, Ottoman Arab Pirates...why is he not badass, is he too calm, was Jefferson too educated to be a John Wayne cartoonish 'badass'. I don't know if Andrew Jackson was so 'badass' the girls who flirty and drank and socialized had his balls in a vice, the women around him were accused of all kinds of partying and sleeping around "Petticoat Affair" or "Eaton Affair" the cabinet so ineffective it is rarely called it into session. Perhaps he could have become a multiple wife Mormon, when he died two women acted simultaneously as unofficial first lady for the widower Jackson. The Senate went as far as to censured Jackson for his corruptions. Jackson might perhaps be better described as 'loose canon' term describes him better, he's like a biker who shot another biker in bar, behaves like a wild monkey in a suit is a bit like a Rapper shooting another Rapper fighting over a street corner, at times he seems like a psycho, bandit a thug and a brute rather than a true 'badass' he would be ready to murder another human over the handling of a bet on horses, the Indian Removal Act is sometimes looked at as a genocide or ethnic cleansing, it would maybe be classed as a crime against humanity today Imperial Russian Army, ISIS and the Yezidi, the Turks, perhaps classed alongside these events, maybe you can understand where the anger comes from Jackson and his brother Robert were beaten and put in chains when they refused to shine a British officers shoes.

In his own time Jackson was described sometimes as a monster in News Media, he was labeled a slave trader who trafficked in human flesh, a guy who killed Americans murdered his fellow soldiers, shot someone in the back stabbed another in the back, ...a borderline Dictator. had intentionally massacred Native American women and children at the Battle of Horseshoe Bend, ate the bodies of Native Americans he killed in battle, and threatened to cut off the ears of congressmen who questioned his behavior https://web.archive.org/web/20160323145858/http://nymag.com/news/frank
-rich/coffin-handbill-2012-6
/ one story from the time says he was KnockedTheFuckOut by a 'Power Slap' from Robert Randolph became the first man to ever assault a sitting president, Jackson also was soft on the Ottoman Empire islamics who were screeching Death to the Infidels and he had long chats with them instead. His internal leadership was troubled and Court nomination failed to win Senate approval, he was blamed for the Panic of 1837. I give Jackson respect for taking on the Banks, fighting the English and Spanish, talking on the political class and the guy who pays off the national debt, but I think 'loose canon' is a better description than 'Badass'.

Are you talking about the Senile Actor who ordered the United States Marine Corps to run away from Iran and the islamo jihad Organization in Lebanon and called African UN Negroid delegates 'monkeys' who are uncomfortable in shoes?
Forced Flu Jabs or Not? Reagan said he had approved the bill with ‘mixed feelings’ because he had ‘serious reservations’ about the vaccine compensation program.
and passed some of the most Restrictive pieces of gun control legislation?
