As everyone here knows, because of it's specific wording to prevent the term being used arbitrarily, I consistently refuse to use the term Treason to describe the misdeeds of the current administration because it did not specifically qualify for the Constitutional definition of the term.

But, now that it's official policy, they have crossed the line.

Article 3, Section 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

I cite levying War against them as the violated provision.

This administration has deployed Active Duty, Full Time, Regular Army troops, specifically 3rd Division, 1st Brigade on US Soil with the civilian populace as it's intended target.

No matter how they euphamise that as controlling civil unrest, restoring and preserving order, whatever they wanna call it, when you deploy active duty regular army troops against the civilian population NO MATTER THE REASON, this is an act of war against the american people, a gross violation of the US Constitution and the sworn Oaths to uphold it, and constitutes levying war against the people of the United States, and thus, the United States itself, on it's own soil being an even more damning accessory to the accusation.

Ergo, that is Treason, and every single administration offical who knowingly approved this, from top to bottom is guilty and should be impeached and tried immediately.

Every single one of those troops who obeys this order, is also not only guilty of Treason themselves, but in addition to violation of the UCMJ provisions concerning unlawful orders is also violating the provision of adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. by knowingly and willfully obeying orders of a Treasonous and Unlawful nature.

This is in effect no different than being ordered to say, attack and disrupt the DNC - do you think that if Active Duty troops were ordered to do that, and did so, that whether they used lethal force or not would matter in the slightest ?

And given the amount of collateral damage and civilian casualties in Iraq do you really think people are NOT going to get hurt ?

So this action meets the minimum of one provision, qualifies in action for two of them, and is in fact an overt Act and witnessed by a hell of a lot more than two people.

So, it's Treason, and I am calling it such.

For additional information and perspective, try here.
http://www.freedominourtime.blogspot.com/

Don't kid yourselves neither, this ain't some itty bitty deployment of guard or reserve, this is a full fucking brigade of regular army troops under the direction of "homeland security" and fresh from the killzones of iraq.

With US in their gunsights, you and me, your friends and neighbors, the people you do business with, everyone you care about.

And if you don't have a problem with it, you and me, we got nothin to talk about no more.

My guess is they sent them to Denver because groups like Recreate 68 said they were going to make trouble. Kennedy sent the Gaurd to Alabama to push Gov. Wallace out of the doorway, so some black people could go to collage.

Hello,

What is most especially disturbing, at least to me, is the time it takes to initiate something like this.

You don't wake up on Monday and decide to deploy riot-control army dudes on Friday. Weapons development, procurement, distribution, and troop deployment take time to approve and implement.

Worse, the very idea of creating some of this non-lethal weaponry for the Army implies that you are embracing the need to pacify a native population. And THAT implies that you will be forcefully occupying a country that would prefer not to be occupied.

It should not be the policy of this nation to forcefully occupy countries. We are supposedly not an Empire.

Even sadder, it turns out the nation they are planning to occupy with all this riot gear... Is our own.

And they must have been planning it for a long while.

Well, it's a bit late for I-told-you-so's and I won't bother other than the mention.

I did give a general outline of the best tactical doctrine regarding this in an earlier post, mind you...

But allow me to expound on that, since as of 9am EST this morning, we're on an officially "hostile" footing with "the troops", all care and aid packages have been suspended and all other supportive actions have been put on hold.

In addition, no one affiliated with my people will do business with, nor offer comfort or aid in any way to them personally or professionally.

We're talkin outright shunning here, cause at this point there's really no other way to drive home the message that if they choose to be engaged against the american people as an aggressive, hostile force - if they're going to treat us as an enemy, we will BE one.

That goes for collaborators too, while we haven't decided whether to discriminate against those bearing or displaying a yellow ribbon, others already have so bear that in mind.

I do however question the wisdom of "supporting the troops" when those troops come home and start pointing weapons (lethal or not) at US, on orders from command.

Pull the rug out from under them folks, and do it damn quick, drive home the message swiftly and forcefully, cause this is the kinda tripwire that makes everything go to hell in a handbasket.

I mean, really.. what do you THINK is gonna happen if it comes to cases and you have active duty, regular army firing on american civilians at the behest of this administration ?

Lemme give you a hint, last time something like that happened, it was 1861.

If we don't get some sand in those gears and jam this up hard enough, and fast enough...

Heavens help us all.

Frem,

Don't you worry that the 'treat em like crap' philosophy you are espousing will simply cement an us-them mentality and make it easier for the soldiers to treat us poorly when the time comes?

I'm not sure that shunning and the hurling of metaphorical poo is the correct response at this stage of the game. Might be better to love the people at the bottom and hate the people at the top, because you don't change someone's thinking by pointing at them and saying, "You're a jerk!" You just make them defensive and paint yourself as an antagonist who is trying to injure them. Not exactly what I want to do to the guy who'll be pointing that riot gear at me someday.

It's rather more effective in my opinion to put your arm around the average joe soldier and say, "You're good people, but them that are sending you to do this? They're jerks! You oughta refuse."

I think that tactic will turn more defectors to your cause when the day of confrontation arrives.

No Anthony I don't.

Remember, I did serve, once upon a time, and actually up till the cutoff, did a lot of what I call "Decompression" counselling for troops that were having trouble re-adjusting to civilian life.

Dude, the fact is that they ALREADY see us mere civvies as some lower form of life, it's every bit as much part of their indoctrination as learning to hate and dehumanize gooks, ragheads, commies, or whatever the enemy flavor of the day is.

Weak little girls without any morals, spirit or abilities worth a mention, is how they view us, Hoo-Rah and all that happy horseshit.

And it ain't about antagonising them - we wanna humiliate them, SHAME them, for obeying orders in direct contravention to their entire purpose, they're supposed to be our protectors, not predators against us.

You have to understand the military mindset in order to realize the point of cutting them off like that, we tried that love the troops, hate the leaders stupidity before and it flat don't work, it sure as hell didn't stop the 82nd from helping violate the rights of civvies during Katrina, an act which a lotta folk felt was a test of whether or not the troops would obey orders of this nature, and in my opinion they flunked miserably.

In order to cut through the wall of indoctrinated, ego-stroke, can-do, ultimate warrior macho bullshit, and get to whatever humanity is still left to them, to make them actually THINK about what the hell they are doing, first you have to firmly and completely stomp on any notion that the people as a whole support it.

And you have to do it in a fashion strong enough, blatant enough, that in spite of massive amounts of training against that very occurance, that they begin to internalise the questions "Why am I doing this?" and "Why is everyone so pissed at me?" instead of depending on command for those answers.

Then, and only then, is there any hope of reaching out to them.

Underneath all the training, indoctrination and bullshit, they're still human beings, and if you get them wondering why everyone sees them as a hostile, they're GOING to start thinking about it despite commands exhortations not to.

You really have to understand just how twisted the military mindset is to really comprehend why this would be effective, subtlety just ain't gonna work, it takes a bit of a shock to jar them out of that complacent model of obedience without thought - I fell to it myself in my time, and what kicked me out of it was being handed a goddamn survey asking if I was willing to fire on civilians for exercising their second amendment rights.

The U.S. government declares a ban on the possession, sale transportation, and transfer of all non-sporting firearms. A thirty day amnesty period is permitted for these firearms to be turned over to the local authorities. At the end of this period, a number of citizen groups refuse to turn over their firearms. Consider the following statement: I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the U.S. government.

That was asked of me in 1986.
(I also have reports of it being asked in 1991 and 1994 from other troops)

To which I responded that upon recieving that order, I would arrest the officer who gave it in compliance with Article 7 of the UCMJ, restrain or confine them if necessary in compliance with Article 10, and then deliver them at first opportunity to civil authorities under Article 14 if such was requested.

As you can imagine, that wasn't the answer they were looking for.
Only two members of my entire company answered in the negative, and only one, that being me, had enough of a problem to raise hell about it.

Ponder that fact in light of the above being as illegal an order as is possible to give to someone who has first and foremost sworn an Oath to the Constitution, over and above the chain of command, and you might begin to understand just how closed off the mindset you are dealing with is.

Do we *REALLY* wanna make that mistake again, cause if we don't root em out and publicly fillet them, they WILL be back, and it'll be your kids, your grandkids, facing the blow with less rights and less ability to fight back cause we never do manage to take back all the ground we lose everytime this cabal gets it's hands on the steering wheel of our nation.

Let me make this crystal clear.

Firstoff, they been prepping for this move actively since 2006.

While they have a damn plethora of detention facilities available already, and more on that in a moment, they felt the need to upgrade and expand capacity via Halliburton back in 2006.

Add in the fact us "crazy-talkers" flat out toldja that the ADS pain beam system was never intended for any use but upon american citizens, and recent refinements in FEMA doctrine and instructions, like the attempt to suborn clergy to "quell dissent" and you have an iron clad case.

This deployment of active duty troops, folks - that's the first move of the endgame.

How clear does it have to be ?

The problem with the Internet, boys and girls, is its hard to dicern fact from fiction.

Conspiracy theory from truth.

Its almost as if folks in charge WANT to keep people guessing as to the truthfullness of things. That way, if its too scary (or its something those in power want to get away with), folks will just brush it off as a conspiracy.

But then again, that could be just another conspiracy.

So where is the truth? I mean, real, documented, undeniable PROOF?

Everyone has Photoshop now. So how do we get to the truth of things?

DIY, that's how.

I notice no one has ever really made the connections between the on-site pictures of those abusive teen camp facilities and my passionate hatred for the things, but goddamn, it should be obvious by now, shouldn't it ?

Consider the folks who gather this evidence, who at times risk their very ass to get it, or who have to dredge through reams and reams of Government legalese red tape to dig out the quite-deliberately buried bits that when brought to light, make people go "Oh Shit!" - even the folks who signed the bills, cause it's not like they fuckin read em, yanno, or could make sense of that doubletalk gobbledegook if they did.

Much of it is in fact public documentation, or was at one time even if it got retroactively classified, and they can't take back what someone has already seen, memorised or copied to file.

Consider also how COINTELPRO was actually exposed, or a very recent ambush and arson against an office building in Ottowa widely suspected of being an intelligence agency producurement front by folks clearly after certain documentation.

And then consider years and years of those folks, with hard evidence in hand, being called liars and conspiracy loons - and think of what that does to their mental state, and you might understand why Rivero, Jones, PN, and so many others come off the way they do.

The Cassandra effect is psychologically devastating, especially when due to the very exposure by the so called "crazy-talkers" that certain plans get shitcanned, and so nothing happens and they wind up being sneered at or laughed at in spite of the fact that without their intervention, what they warned of might very well HAVE happened.

Weigh on top of it the balance between exposing something, and by that action and making the powers that be aware that their plot isn't secret, thus enabling the coverup - versus remaining silent in hopes of a red-handed and more credible catch, against the risk of them pulling it off.

It's NOT something conducive to mental stability, especially when your very life is, or has been one of your bargaining chips at that poker table.

And it can indeed be - Elohim City, for example, at one time had live claymores on their perimeter, and a related groups photoman damn near tripped one.

So, there's that factor.

But also, take a moment and consider that much of the stuff I present, doesn't just rest on hard evidence, but outright ADMISSIONS from the folks responsible that they fucking did it.

NORTHWOODS, COINTELPRO, REX84, and so on and so forth, they *admitted* they did this shit, owned right up to it on the official record.

If they've done stuff like that, and then baldly and bluntly admitted it when "crazy-talkers" outed them and they got caught - do you really think there is *any* depravity that they would not stoop to ?

And as for Zero's little rant about such things, why not ask Amy Goodman about that ?

Or perhaps those RNC protestors, who had the misfortune to be infiltrated by police spies who planted evidence and committed crimes which the police then charged the protestors with to stifle them ?

We don't much of a problem with police plants cause we all know each other, actively sweep for them (and catch out a whole fuckin lot of em, every time) and practice actual commo security, unlike well meaning amateurs.

Besides which, my hands are ostensibly clean and you'd play merry hell proving otherwise, I'm not at all above using the tactics of the powers that be against them.

Besides that, it's also a really bad idea to go crucifyin a potential martyr with die hard followers, as the Philistines learned to their peril.

It proves that all your talk of death squads and concentration camps and PN's Jew Queen Nazi nonsense is...nonsense.

Lets face it...Frem, Signy, and PN are at the top of the list. So if they are still alive...there's no list.

There is also the possibility that they are working with the death squads to lure other crazy talkers out into the light. You might have noticed that many don't last to long in the RWED. Some just hear the crazy talk and go away, others make the "list" and a Tennessee State trooper disappears them. But I don't have to tell you this Hero, aren't they working for you.

Folks,
It's a bad idea to train folks to make war, then bring them home to handle the civilians. National Guard is bad enough; but combat troops?

Bad idea.

I'd say more, but I kinda figure you either get it, or you don't.

Yeah, you just get the National Guard to open fire on unarmed protesters, right?

I sure hope so. One thing this country has are too many of is protestors. If they come this way singing 'this is what a police state looks like' then by God...I say we show them what one REALLY looks like.

For those of you queasy about the whole 'open fire' bit...might I suggest the bayonet.

I just had this idea...its a combination taser-bayonet. We'll call it the stab-shocker...

Hello,

I prefer Shock-Stabber. I also hope your humorous sarcasm never materializes into reality.

Me, I'd rather see deadly force used against crappy civil servants like DUI prosecutors. Stand 'em up against the courthouse wall and shoot 'em in the head. I'll buy the bullets!

First, we kill all the lawyers.

I read this somewhere a while ago...not sure if its true or not...

Thomas Jefferson took traitors out to the front lawn of the White House and executed them, in full view of the public.

Not true, but him and Pat Henry did overstep themselves quite a bit on the matter concerning one Josiah Philips, noted Tory and general bandito.

More information on that event, here.
