And then, AFTER they were RUNNING the place, THEN they got power with an even split in the Senate with repubicans, and the repubicans filibustered wildly. That's when they REALLY took over the country, because before then they hadn't really, even though they had. Right Rap ?

And Barney Frank was STILL president and they were STILL running the country.
