The pantsing is a target of opportunity issue, usually targets I know. But, sometimes I see baggy pants at, on, or around mass transit that are just asking for it. Much easier plausible deniability.

What are the parameters of this exercise? Could I talk them into dropping their pants themselves? Would that count? Do you require proof?
