I guess that means you recognize the weapon, Frem? Well, I made it from scratch- wood, sheet styrene & epoxy putty, then I moulded it, but the mould had serious issues, so each gun had to heavily reconstructed from what the mould produced. So, can't let one go for less than $150, but I wanna make a new mould that will cut down the price drastically.
Sadly, non-working, but nice weight to it! And pretty darned accurate too if I do say so myself.

Thanks, and I don't hate you.

And I threw this together at the same time (I needed an easy kit for the calm).

It's REALLY nice, but yeah, bit pricey - what you need for the new mold ?
Also, have you never truly considered making overtures towards assisting the props dept of a motion picture company ?
I know you've served as a driver/extra in at least one Toxic Avenger flick (and franky, we DEMAND video!) but you really do have some serious talent and they'd be blessed to have you - maybe not anything major, but even low budget flicks, for love of the job!
That said, you might put a word in for someone who's totally okay with heavy prosthetics cause they have to use em in their daily life anyways, and hey lookie, they even have their own scary dental ones!

Hhehehehehehe, you can imagine the night creeping would be burglar who gets a load of THOSE, yes?!

LMAO... KPO - If I was gonna have to pay 700-900 dollars for the goddamn things, I was sure damn hell gonna GET MY MONIES WORTH!!

On the plus side, and to thier credit, A1 Romulus cranked those out in four hours flat, and they *DO* work, up to and including gnawing on T-bone steak (and frankly, the fangs make it both easier AND cooler!!) so most certainly they earned their money (given most dentures approach 3K in price) and the hysterical giggling of the girls building them (not to mention the sex) was well worth it!

In all truth I mostly use them for scaring the absolute crap out of burglars though - the rumors that this place has a "F**KING VAMPIRE!!!" doing night security for them, along with a little trickery, rainmaking and rumormongering, is worth far, far more than their weight in solid gold.

Oh, and the big boss, the property owner, finds it downright HI-larious, and gave me a bonus of 10 POUNDS of chocolate candy when I bought them.

$325 will get me all the mould/casting material; I'm workin' on it. I'm just gonna throw out the last one- WAAY too much work fixing the snafus on it. But I love how they ultimately turned out. New phasers will be about $100.

Niiiice.

In the meantime, you might wanna see about some prosthetic fangs, lololol.
Seriously, those bastards, and rubbing a little glitter into hair/collar, has gotten me laid a ridiculous amount of times - unless you're married of course, in which case... welll, maybe try it on the wife, she might be ALL sorts of into it, mano!

Thanks- most stuff I do is based on existing kits like the BSG & Firefly guns, but the Trek VI phaser is 100% from scratch.

Definitely worth it.

It's not Wrath of Khan, but I catch myself watching it, when ever I see it on the telly.
