13 tax deductions that are really stupid

America loves a winner!



The phrase " Good enough for govt work " has been around for ages. I'm guessing since the 30's or 40's ? Apparently, it use to mean that said work would pass the toughest standards, it was so well executed.

Didn't take long for that concept to get turned on its head.

( And to be honest, I doubt it ever was meant as a compliment. My late dad would say it, jokingly, to refer to any work that was done half-ass and barely met specs. )

That's probably a contractor. His boss probably supported the county roads commissioner's election campaign. The contractor will probably be paid extra to fix the problem.
