Swalwell calls for creation of presidential crimes commission to investigate Trump when he leaves office
https://thehill.com/homenews/house/512140-swalwell-calls-for-creation-
of-presidential-crimes-commission-to-investigate

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) on Friday suggested that officials create a presidential crimes commission after President Trump leaves office to investigate his actions while serving as commander in chief.

"I don’t say this lightly: when we escape this Trump hell, America needs a Presidential Crimes Commission. It should be made up of independent prosecutors who look at those who enabled a corrupt president. Example 1: Sabotaging the mail to win an election. #SaveThePostOffice," Swalwell tweeted.

Trump will be the first US president to die in prison.

Oh... wait. We won't hear a word out of Ilhan Omar until November 4th.

Better put a pin in that.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

She's got plenty to say about it. Too bad you don't know how to read.

She absolutely slaughtered the opposition in her primary. She's here to stay, and that's good news for patriots.

Nah. We already went over that one. You weren't paying attention.

Once people in the districts where Justice Democrats are primarying the competition are educated that voting in primaries are more important for them than voting in the general that will be the end of the Justice Democrats.

Worst people in office today.

They win because they're real public servants, not the corporate whores you suck up to.

They absolutely DEVASTATED their well-financed opposition. That's because their voters ARE educated.

Who, specifically, are you accusing me of sucking up to?

Cunt.

BTW... look at the FEC receipts. Omar had just as much money available to her as the 2nd place finisher did.

Do you need me to provide you to the link because you are stupid, or do you have an adult or somebody who wipes your ass for you to find it for you?

You vote for Republicans. There isn't one on the planet who doesn't suck corporate cock. Not one.

Income inequality in the US exceeds that of 1789 France.

Do you think Trump molested her? As a sociopath, he's got no conscience or morals, so probably.

I vote for Democrats too.

And I hate to break it to you, but many of those suck corporate cock as well.

Ask Hillary about her private position vs her public position. The big banks know all about them.

"We are going to win four more years," Trump said at a rally in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on Monday. "And then after that, we'll go for another four years because they spied on my campaign. We should get a redo of four years."

What Trump is proposing is banned by the Constitution, which limits presidents to serving two terms. There is no "redo" provision in the Constitution for extraneous circumstances surrounding a president's first term. And even if there was, Trump's allegation that he deserves a third term because "they spied on my campaign" wouldn't pass any sort of smell test.

Yeah, too bad the deep state broke the Constitution several dozen times because they led an attempted coup to remove a duly-elected President.

Be careful what you wish for, SECONDRATE, because the power-grabs that you support today will be used against you tomorrow.

I'd say he was doing pretty well until COVID-19 became serious. He had his messages to his base pretty well crafted; and most people in the middle who are the people not paying attention to his messages (and where most people are these days) had a good personal comfort level in terms of jobs and personal finances. That would have given him I think a good lead in the popular vote, despite the never-Trumpers and the Deep State who wanted to erase his election as a horrible event as quickly as possible.

We need to thank President Trump for bringing this fact to light:

Many Americans hoped that most Republican officials, while they agreed with Trump’s policies, did not like the uglier parts of his style, his willingness to lie or smear to achieve his ends. But President Trump made House Republicans go on the record. He made them stand and be counted, and 126 of them, including Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy and Republican Whip Steve Scalise, actually signed their names to an undemocratic, unAmerican, mendacious joke of a lawsuit that would disenfranchise millions of their fellow Americans.

These House Republicans raised their hands. They said: 'Sign me up.' The hope that most Republicans in the House were better than this has been destroyed. We need to thank President Trump for bringing this fact to light.

And the timing is precious - within his last few days in office he's gotten them to sign their names, forever identifying themselves - like signing a confession. It reminds me of the pipe bomb from Left for Dead - an old xbox video game. Throw the bomb out and it's beeping attracts any zombie within ear shot until...
