Wzzm13 reported: DEARBORN, MICH. - A late night FBI raid in Dearborn involves a national security issue, but it's not about a planned terror attack or explosives or anyone locally, the Free Press has learned.

According to a source familiar with the operation , the Thursday raid at a house in Dearborn appears to have nothing to do with metro Detroit or the young adult male who lives in house that was raided. That person was not in the home at the time of the raid and no charges are imminent, the source said, noting it is not clear if that person has been detained by authorities.

According to multiple sources, the FBI in Detroit is working with the FBI in another state about a national security issue.

For ex-FBI chief Andy Arena, who was the former head of terrorism operations in Detroit, national security means one of two things:"It tells me it's either a terrorism case, or B, an espionage spying case," Arena said, noting if it were an explosives case, the raid would have involved bomb-sniffing dogs and nearby neighbors would have been evacuated.

Neither of those things happened, which for Arena suggests they went looking for the following:

"They likely went in there looking for people or records or computers, cell phones, iphones, those types of things," Arena said. "What they're doing now is they are looking at what they took from there – the people, the evidence – and they're trying to decipher it. 'Where does it fit?' "

Arena said he understands why the FBI is being tight-lipped about the operation.

"Obviously, the public wants to know what's going on, but the last thing law enforcement wants to do is mess up an ongoing investigation," Arena said.
Mary Laundroche, director of public information for the city of Dearborn, issued this statement:

"The city is directing inquiries to the FBI, as it is their investigation. We have been told that there is no danger to our community."
The operation wrapped up just before midnight Thursday at the home on the 7200 block of Jonathon Street.

Sounds like they were looking for Huma...

Or any one of 320 million or so people who live here either legally or illegally...

Or Russian tourists...

Or.....

Does no one find it curious that old Anthony is convicted of sexting with an underage girl, via a plea deal, on the very same day Huma files for divorce, then just 2 weeks later , she's reconciling with him and allowing him back into their condo, which had its lease renewed.

A man now a registered sex offender, who has no shot a running for anything in politics again, who sexted a photo of himself with his infant son on the bed with him, in the photo , and is bound for several years of prison , is STILL considered enough of a catch for Huma that she's going to stay married to him ?

Oh, there IS the small detail that spouses can't be forced to testify against each other....hmmm.

Then THIS story breaks.

Tell me this doesn't look gorram fishy.

I must be missing something.

If he sexted a photo of himself naked & aroused: 'cause for alarm.

"who sexted a photo of himself with his infant son on the bed with him, in the photo" <-= This photo sounds fine to me. Babies like to be cuddled when they sleep. Many parents like to cuddle their babies.

... Nope. I don't get it.

Anthony Weiner has already plead guilty in Federal Court to sexting an underage girl. He has agreed to serve prison time for his crime, 21-27 months, and pay a $350,000 fine.

I don't see how an FBI raid in Michigan has anything to do with Huma or Weiner. There's nothing "fishy" about it, unless you're implying that the FBI as a law enforcement agency stinks like rotten fish. Then I'd have to agree.

My first thought was, do they live in Michigan? But then I cared so little about either of them that I couldn't even be arsed to Google that.

Maybe there are connections that I'm not seeing here? Nothing in the part of the article posted would ever make me think "HUMA!"

You mind putting a few pieces of the puzzle together for us lazy types who can't be bothered with it Rap? I'm all for seeing the dominoes fall on Hillary, but I'm not going out of my way to see stuff that isn't there.

I am not the one filing this report. It has already made the news. I'm just posting this here, on this forum. A raid actually was performed in Michigan. That much is not disputed. The FBI has also said it is of a national security matter. I don't see what is so funny.

Omitted in my linked story is any mention of Huma. The alleged word is that her brother (and sister ? ) live there, and that is where Huma stayed for a time, after the election. It will be interesting to see how much of that is actually true.

* there are posted news reports that it has been confirmed to be the house of her brother. However, I will not post those as I am not confident they are legit. I have never posted those in this thread simple because I found them to be suspect.

Well at least I know where you're coming from now.

I'm going to need a whole lot more evidence before I think this is even tied to Huma or Weiner.

I don't believe the Russia stuff and at they're coming at us with an orgy of circumstantial evidence everyday at a machine gun rate.

There was an FBI raid. Looks like espionage, not so much terrorism. That would tend more towards..., well, I'll leave it there.

For now.

It will be interesting to hear more about this incident. Probably more interesting to see if we ever hear any more about it or not.

The other state involved with this raid?

NY

Clear to see where someone could have jumped to a conclusion, but still nothing other than what has been reported. I will say that the one site which did "confirm" the Abedin connection was RT news.

Jumping to conclusions is what the Left has been doing since November 9th.

I have no argument with them about that if I jump on board with any stories against them without any real evidence either.

I trust RT.com about as much as I trust VOX or HuffPo

Ha ha, well stated. And what about trusting CNN? They just got busted planting and directing Muslim protesters , showing them where to stand, and how high to hold up their signs so that they would look best on camera. This is a news organization posing as a film company!

Fuck you CNN, fuck you fuck you. It gets me so pissed off to think of what once was the leader in the cable news industry has become.

Some people here have called me a moron for not giving credence to any of it, but I think the more you watch any of them today the less objectivity you retain.

It's kind of scary being outside of the box and not trusting any of the media. I understand why so many people in this country pick a side and believe everything that the media on their side is telling them.

5. Simultaneous raids by FBI on Huma's digs in Dearborn, and in NY. Perhaps FBI is starting to do it's job now that Dem hack Comey is no longer Obstructing Justice?

Is that enough of the puzzle pieces? Which other pieces would be more helpful?

Some reports say Hilliary's "lost" emails have been recovered, after Huma took a few days break from the campaign trail - after being interviewed by the FBI.

Sounds like the Muslim Brotherhood shell corporation was not as secure as Hilliary's closet in the White House. Times must be tough.

See, I didn't even go to the Hillary e-mail specifics. And as I understood " the story ", the home belonged to Huma's brother, which their sister also lived ? Dunno about any of that, but some reports said that Huma lived there, for a time , possibly after the election when her and Weiner were on the outs. Or maybe she just used that as a getaway place, to hang w/ family and such. Not any real change of address, more like extended vacation.

As of yet, I know of no real ties between the home, Huma, or any of her relatives.

I can speculate that someone got word that the authorities from another state and the FBI were involved, that state was NY, and because the home owner POSSIBLY is Muslim, the story just took on a life of itself. Assumptions were made ?

I can't imagine that if any part of the story is true, that this admin's FBI would simply sweep it under the rug. We've had 1 leaker already outed and arrested. Whether this has any connection to Reality Winner's case... again, pure speculation.

That's where Huma went after the Hilliary team was notified they would be investigated/interviewed, but before the laptops with the emails got "lost" mysteriously - to the Dearborn "home" which is the festering HQ of the largest Muslim organization in US.

FBI’s killing of Utah man prompts questions from neighbors.

A clearer picture is emerging of the 75-year-old Utah man shot dead by the FBI after they tried to serve a search warrant hours before Joe Biden arrived in the state on a re-election campaign swing. But questions are also being asked as to whether Craig Robertson was a “credible threat”, as the FBI claims, or as neighbors in Provo, Utah, have described to local media as a man harboring anti-government views who walked with a cane and liked to bluster and tell big stories, especially on social media.
