I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

You know that the RUSSIA COLLUSION!!!! aspect of the Mueller witch hunt has been a dry hole so far because Mueller is veering off into "Stormy Daniels" territory.

When they established this witch hunt fishing expedition, was Russia!! Collusion!! ever really an aspect of it?

Did you notice the past week or so had so much productive discussion and pertinent posts, with only second to shitup the threads? It was so much more relaxing and enlightening.

WSJ: Top Trump Organization official subpoenaed to testify in Michael Cohen probe

A former Trump Organization employee told CNN that Weisselberg being subpoenaed as part of the Cohen probe is the "ultimate nightmare scenario for Trump" because Weisselberg knows "anything and everything" about the finances of the Trump Organization.

"Allen knows where all the financial bodies are buried. Allen knows every deal, he knows every dealership, he knows every sale, anything and everything that's been done -- he knows every membership. Anything you can think of," the person said.

The person described Weisselberg as overseeing every dollar that went in and out of the Trump Organization -- and as the individual who personally gave Trump updates on these matters.

For those who aren't aware of what the above post means. Mueller has set the stage for the state to go deep into Trumps finances. To follow the money way back. Follow the money back to the Russians. Follow the money and find any of Trumps illegal activities.

Hold onto your hats, a storm is brewing.

Is it possible for them to even do that?

This is all under the purview of the IRS, and should have been investigated as far back as the very first day that Trump declared he was running for president.

If, for whatever reason, this is not the case, that is very troubling.

THESE are the types of questions we should be demanding answers from our Government.

No presidential candidate should be able to get elected if they have been performing illegal acts and/or treason with their power and influence before they are elected.

I didn't have a problem with Trump not sharing his taxes so all the idiots who can't even fill out their own 1040 without H&R Block's help could rip them apart and take everything out of context with Rachel Maddow leading the charge. One reason is because he is not required by law to do so, but the bigger reason is because unlike the mob of idiots I know that the IRS has always had access to them.

They'll dive deep into your taxes or mine and destroy citizens lives over what is in there, but they couldn't even be bothered to look into Trumps at any point prior to July of 2018? WTF

Based on Mueller's referrals, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York is investigating whether several high-level American lobbyists violated national laws by failing to register their work as foreign agents on behalf of groups associated with Ukraine, CNN reported.

Matters referred by Mueller involve Democratic lobbyist Tony Podesta, former Rep. Vin Weber (R-Minn.) and former Obama White House counsel Greg Craig, CNN reported.

Podesta's work with the lobbying firm Podesta Group, Weber's work for Mercury Public Affairs and Craig's work for law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP are reportedly part of the inquiry.

Keep in mind that we're speaking about the Russia investigation. It's not Muellers' investigation. This is our government investigating how Russia attacked this country. Don't miss what comes after the 5 minute mark. It talks about how some Americans are trying to disrupt the investigation and are therefore adding and abetting the enemy.

Aiding and abetting is a legal doctrine related to the guilt of someone who aids or abets in the commission of a crime. It exists in a number of different countries and generally allows a court to pronounce someone guilty for aiding and abetting in a crime even if they are not the principal offender.

Trump Finally Admits His Campaign Colluded With Russia At Trump Tower Meeting
The latest version of the 2016 meeting with a Kremlin-linked lawyer basically undercuts numerous Trump claims.

WASHINGTON ? Forty times President Donald Trump has posted statements on Twitter asserting “NO COLLUSION” with Russia during the 2016 election. He made the claim standing next to Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki last month, and then a day later during a Cabinet meeting at the White House.

Sunday, he negated all of that by admitting that his campaign had tried to collude with Russia to win the presidency, after all.

A Russian woman charged with attempting to infiltrate the National Rifle Association and other American political groups as a covert agent for the Russian Federation has been moved from the D.C. jail to the Alexandria jail, her attorney and jail officials said Saturday.

Maria Butina, 29, was indicted July 17 by a grand jury on charges of conspiracy to act and failing to register as an agent of a foreign government.

The Joss Whedon script for Serenity, where Wash lives, is Serenity-190pages.pdf at https://www.mediafire.com/folder/1uwh75oa407q8/Firefly

Beginning with a charge to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election, special counsel Robert Mueller has fallen upon a rash of other crimes. In doing so, he has exposed how widespread and serious our white-collar fraud problem really is, and how lax enforcement has been for years.

At least he is also showing a way out of the problem. He and his team are demonstrating that the proper attention, resources, technique and experience can go a long way to rectify the white-collar prosecution crisis.

What’s Mueller’s secret? For one thing, he has a focus. He and his team have sufficient resources to go after a discrete set of investigations. In the early 2000s, the Justice Department had similar success setting up the Enron Task Force, a special SWAT team of government lawyers that prosecuted top executives of the failed Texas energy trader. That contrasts with the financial crisis, when the Justice Department never created a similar task force. No single department official was responsible for the prosecutions of bankers after the global meltdown.

The investigation’s techniques are also instructive. The Southern District of New York, which was referred the Cohen case by Mueller, raided President Trump’s former attorney’s offices and fought for access to the materials, even as Cohen asserted attorney-client privilege. When federal prosecutors investigate large companies, out of custom and deference they rarely use such aggressive tactics. They place few wiretaps, conduct almost no undercover operations and do almost no raids. Instead government attorneys reach carefully negotiated agreements about which documents they can review, the product of many hours of discussion with high-powered law firms on behalf of their clients. All the battles over privileged materials happen behind closed doors and without the benefit of a disinterested special master, as the Cohen case had.

Indeed it’s worse than that. The government has essentially privatized corporate law enforcement. The government effectively outsources the investigations to the companies themselves. The companies, typically trying to appear cooperative or to forestall government action, hire law firms to do internal investigations. Imagine if Mueller relied on Trump to investigate whether he colluded with the Russians or violated any other laws, and Trump hired Rudy Giuliani’s firm to do the probe.

1) George Papadopoulos, former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser, was arrested in July 2017 and pleaded guilty last October to making false statements to the FBI.

2) Paul Manafort, Trump’s former campaign chair, was indicted on a total of 25 different counts by Mueller’s team, related mainly to his past work for Ukrainian politicians and his finances. He had two trials scheduled, and the first ended in a conviction on eight counts of financial crimes. To avert the second trial, Manafort struck a plea deal with Mueller in September 2018.

3) Rick Gates, a former Trump campaign aide and Manafort’s longtime junior business partner, was indicted on similar charges to Manafort. But in February he agreed to a plea deal with Mueller’s team, pleading guilty to just one false statements charge and one conspiracy charge.

4) Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty last December to making false statements to the FBI.

5-20) 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies were indicted on conspiracy charges, with some also being accused of identity theft. The charges related to a Russian propaganda effort designed to interfere with the 2016 campaign. The companies involved are the Internet Research Agency, often described as a “Russian troll farm,” and two other companies that helped finance it. The Russian nationals indicted include 12 of the agency’s employees and its alleged financier, Yevgeny Prigozhin.

21) Richard Pinedo: This California man pleaded guilty to an identity theft charge in connection with the Russian indictments, and has agreed to cooperate with Mueller.

22) Alex van der Zwaan: This London lawyer pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI about his contacts with Rick Gates and another unnamed person based in Ukraine.

23) Konstantin Kilimnik: This longtime business associate of Manafort and Gates, who’s currently based in Russia, was charged alongside Manafort with attempting to obstruct justice by tampering with witnesses in Manafort’s pending case this year.

24-35) 12 Russian GRU officers: These officers of Russia’s military intelligence service were charged with crimes related to the hacking and leaking of leading Democrats’ emails in 2016.

Finally, there are two other people Mueller initially investigated, but then handed over to others in the Justice Department to handle. Both eventually agreed to plea deals.

Michael Cohen: Trump’s former lawyer pleaded guilty to 8 counts — tax and bank charges, related to his finances and taxi business, and campaign finance violations, related to hush money payments to women who alleged affairs with Donald Trump.

Sam Patten: This Republican operative and lobbyist pleaded guilty to not registering as a foreign agent with his work for Ukrainian political bigwigs, and agreed to cooperate with the government.

A man is stopped by police because he's driving erratically and they have him tested for DUI, but they notice a white powder on his top lip. So they ask
the obviously drunk driver, "what's that?" And he answers, "cocaine"

The two cops look at each other in disbelief and ask him to repeat what he just said. He answers very clearly, "cocaine, but you're going to arrest me
for drunk driving, right?"

That's Delusional!!!

I think my point is that this guy did what he did and got a slap on the wrist. The Clintons got away with murder. Even if it turns out that Trump is guilty, what do you really think is going to happen to him?

Your best case scenario here, which I don't think would happen in a million years, is that he gets impeached and they put him under house arrest. He still gets to shit on his golden toilet.

At that point, we can look forward to President Pence, or "Evangelical George W Bush Jr.", as I like to call him.

Hey, you guys know what white supremacist hate more than Jews, Polaks. Who here fits that description? kiki and sig to name two. Who loves the Polak hater Trump, kiki and sig to name two.

Fucking dummies

I think my point is that this guy did what he did and got a slap on the wrist.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

I would hope that, in the interest of Justice, everybody gets a slap on the wrist for Pleading Guilty for something they didn't do, are innocent of, or is not a crime.

I don't' know enough about it to say one way or the other.

T is telling me he was found guilty and convicted of lying under oath. For that, he gets a two week sentence in a white collar resort.

I'm not arguing that either way. All I'm commenting on is the completely different rules the elite play by compared to the rest of us proles.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

People need to stop thinking two weeks is a slap on the wrist. The conviction, a felony, creates difficulties for life. Next, we don't know what he told Mueller to get the light sentence. Think Jack, and also realize jsf is a bigger moron than you. He doesn't post anything resembling the truth.

New court filings due this week could offer 'road map' to Mueller probe’s next steps

Members of special counsel Robert Mueller's team are expected Tuesday to describe former Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn's efforts to cooperate with their investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 campaign. It's the first in a series of court filings due this week that could shed new light on the way high-profile witnesses have been behaving behind closed doors.

"Ideally, you would have a road map to what we will see in the future," said Renato Mariotti, a former federal prosecutor who's been closely watching the probe.

You guys spend so much time disconnecting your quotes, responses, who/what you're responding to or posting about, in these old conversations/exchanges.

Why would you believe a single thing a Troll tells you? When was the last time he said anything truthful?

If you could bother to post who is the subject of your confusion, I could respond directly. I did not find reference of a name within the past week. "He" is insufficient in an 8-month old thread about this Dutch lawyer.

LOL... Not for these people, it doesn't.

Talk to me when he's fallen so far that he has to apply to WalMart for a part time job and gets denied for his felony, and you might be on to something.

Once he gets out of his white collar resort, he'll be fine.

Hell... If he's a smoker, he could even use those two weeks to try to quit smoking and benefit from this in the end.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

If I were King uv America, I'd throw the book at everybody connected to this, including the entire Repub Congress & Senate and their propaganda network. But first I'd douse it in gas and lite it.

Trump's crooked biz empire woud be divested. Everybody he ever cheated woud be found, rite down to waitressez who didnt get a tip! After the major victimz were recompensated double, the remainder woud be divided evenly amongst everybody else. And to sweeten the deal, the entirety uv the Kushner familyz assets and all the other crooks who ever worked with Trump to suck money out uv the world'z economy woud be included.

Just to be sure that future assclownz woud never think that messing with the election wuz a good idea, Don jr, Manafort, Kellyanne and everybody involved in the campain conspirasy woud be executed. And the Russian partisipants woud be going missing or hav hart attaks or aksidents for yirz until they are all gon.

Trump himself woud be saved for last. He woud get to see everything he bilt disassembled, demolished, divested, desicrated. Every little crime expozed to the world.

All the girlz he molested or otherwize took advantaj uv woud be invited to hav their way with him for 5 minits in hiz prizon. (thered be limits - gotta leave sumthing for the next girl)

Peepl hoo had been ronged by Trump woud enter a contest to determin hoo gets to execute him.

Re-neducation senterz woud be set up for all the chumps hoo rioted wen he got arrested. Theyd go thru a collej style course to bekum experts on how Trump tricked them and why its bad to work agenst your own country. (kuz obviously, they dont understand that) Anybody hoo failz the course more than 3 timez gets to go to prizon. The same prizon filled with the lesser conspiratorz.

Finally, Paul Ryan and Mich McConnell woud be forst to appolijize to the world for supporting Trump, to America for choozing their party over their country, then executed for treazon.

To put a final nail in it all, the Republican party woud be disbanded and outlawed. Anything with that name or 'conservative' or similar woud be illegal. Dictionaryz woud be required to define 'Republican' az 'a corrupt organization that worked to hobble America'. The power uv all partyz woud be drasticly curtailed. (sorta superfluous, considering that I'm King in this fantasy)

After serving az interim King for 10 yirz or however long it takes to clean up the mess we are in, America woud go back to electionz. They woud be completely democratic 1 vote per person, no agregating steps, no gorram 'collej'!

I will return here to the Firefly Forum and read with satisfaction the appolojyz uv 6string, 1Kiki, Siggy, JSF, admitting that they were gullible chumps hoo got sukt into the Fox misinformation vortex. Uv course, most uv theze posts will be several yirz old, kuz theze memberz are likely to hav turned out to be part uv the TrumPutin Conspirasy.

(Hey! If your going to dream, dream BIG!)

Has JO had his head stuck in the sand the past couple years?
Everything he whines about is known to have been perpetrated by Hilliary, Obama, and Dems.

He is obligated to apologize to all the innocent folk he falsely blamed for Democrap actions.

Wow. Sounds like JO is pro censorship and authoritarian.

I might have to second guess supporting any of his future campaigns.

Plus, he wants to abolish The Constitution in favor of his Federal Mandates. He appears to be exactly the type of despot those 13 Colonies were rightfully afraid of when they thought about Uniting as States.
He certainly has illustrated the personification of Democrats, who are the enemies of The Constitution. Which they call "Progressives" in their Code.

Going thru 'Wut IF' senarioz iz an important stratejy for figuring out future possibilityz. 'If I were King' iz an indespensable tool for finding an extreem limit at 1 end uv the spectrum.

That was pretty extreme.

I certainly wouldn't use any of that rhetoric in your future campaigns.
