Mueller prosecutor says Trump could be 'imprisoned' in Florida if indicted in New York

Former President Donald Trump could end up stuck in Florida if he is indicted in New York and there is resistance to him being extradited, according to a top prosecutor in Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation.

“This happens all the time in foreign countries, where essentially you have people who are sort of imprisoned in a country. Here, Donald Trump would be imprisoned in Florida,"

Bill Barr’s DOJ Secretly Tried to Unmask a Devin Nunes Parody Account in the Last Weeks of the Trump Presidency, Filing Reveals

Weeks after the 2020 presidential election, former Attorney General Bill Barr’s Department of Justice pursued a secret grand jury subpoena seeking to unmask an anonymous Twitter account that parodied Donald Trump-loyalist Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), according to a bombshell motion unsealed on Monday.

As documented in the motion, that context involved a scorched earth, and mysteriously funded, effort by Nunes to try to learn the identities of the many Twitter accounts mocking or otherwise criticizing him.

“His efforts to suppress critical speech are as well-publicized as they are unsuccessful,” Twitter’s lawyer John K. Roche, from the D.C. powerhouse firm Perkins Coie, notes in the motion, referring to Nunes. “He recently sued Twitter, attempting to hold it liable for speech by the parody Twitter accounts @DevinCow,

@DevinNunesMom, @fireDevinNunes, and @DevinGrapes, and asking the court in that case to order Twitter to disclose information identifying those accounts. Each of these accounts were engaged in anonymous political speech critical of Congressman Nunes. That suit was dismissed against Twitter in June 2020 because Twitter cannot be liable for information originating with a third-party user of its service, but it appears to still be an active lawsuit against the Twitter users @DevinCow and @DevinNunesMom.”

Prosecutors are examining whether Giuliani may have been lobbying for Ukrainian officials when he sought the ouster of the then-US Ambassador, Marie Yovanovitch, and urged Ukraine to investigate Trump's political rival, then-Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son Hunter, while pursuing those outcomes as Trump's attorney.

U.S. Attorney General Garland weighs release of Trump-era obstruction memo

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland faces a Monday deadline to decide whether to appeal a court order criticizing his predecessor William Barr, an early test of his willingness to defend the Justice Department's acts during Donald Trump's presidency.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson gave the Justice Department until May 24 to appeal a decision she issued earlier this month that faulted Barr for how he publicly summarized Special Counsel Robert Mueller's 2019 report and ordered the release of a related internal memo.

A group of U.S. Senate Democrats on May 14 urged Garland not to appeal Jackson's decision, saying in a letter that Barr's actions need to be exposed quickly.

"To be clear, these misrepresentations preceded your confirmation as Attorney General, but the Department you now lead bears responsibility for redressing them," the letter stated.

Petfinder isn't a good metric. That article is written as if Petfinder doesn't have a lot of views. At number 1,593 in the global rankings, a literal TON of people go there. Over 22 million in April alone.

The 90% of normies who would never go to any politician's website would be much more likely to go to petfinder.

Petfinder also has the benefit of 25 years behind it to build up its business and reach. Donald Trump's first blog post was on March 24th of this year.

Also, the Legacy Media has been covering it up until now. I didn't go there until the other day because I didn't even know it was a thing.

It still got 1.49 million views last month. Let's see what the ranking is for May when they come out. Then well check it in June. Then July.

It's hard to sell your product when all of the big Tech Giants that are in the pocket of Democrat politicians do everything within their power to silence you.

Or Trump could follow the downward spiral of Roy Cohn, who was Trump's mentor: According to Roger Stone, Cohn's "absolute goal was to die completely broke and owing millions to the IRS. He succeeded in that." While his tombstone describes him as a lawyer and a patriot, the AIDS Memorial Quilt describes him as "Roy Cohn. Bully. Coward. Victim." That matches Trump.

Like all the current investigations and indictments that continue to plague the Trumps and their cronies. Like Roger Stone now being investigated for tax fraud, of which, the reported facts of the case show his guilt. Tick tock Roger Stone.

Like the fact that Trump hasn’t gotten away with anything yet. Just ask Mitch McConnell who said just that after Trumps failed attempted coup on January 6. About which there is now a committee to investigate. Tick tock Trump and some of the Republican Party, tick tock.

Even if they choose not to indict Trump on any or all of the ten obstruction charges laid out by Mueller, they will continue to be tried in the court of history. A court that has already accepted them as true and condemned Bill Barr for his role in lying about them.

One predictable constant is you and some others remain clueless and incapable of absorbing the truth.

Kremlin Leak Appears to Confirm Existence of Trump ‘Kompromat’

Jamie Ross 1 hr ago

For years, there have been whispers that the Russian government holds compromising materials on Donald Trump. Now, an alleged leak from the heart of the Kremlin appears to confirm that to be true.

A leaked document from the Kremlin obtained by The Guardian reportedly appears to show that Vladimir Putin personally authorized a secret plan to throw Russia’s support behind Trump’s 2016 campaign. It says that Putin, his spy chiefs and senior ministers agreed that a victory for a “mentally unstable” Trump would weaken the United States.

The document also reportedly says that the Kremlin has so-called kompromat on Trump, cryptically referring to “certain events” that happened during the future president’s “non-official visits to Russian Federation territory.” The leak doesn’t not explain what those events involved.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/kremlin-leak-appears-to-confirm-e
xistence-of-trump-kompromat/ar-AAMbxkh?ocid=msedgntp

All that is still unfolding in the press about Trumps presidency in not news. It is just further evidence of what we’ve known to be true for years being revealed. It doesn’t take a psychic to see it will continue for a very long time to come. I've been saying this would unfold this way and even assigned a logo to express that as I updated throughout; tick tock. I'm sure you've noticed it.

Evidence of all the criminal, sick, demented and traitorous activities by Trump continue to be reported on. Current reporting is never new evidence that past reporting was wrong. No, only that it was correct. The latest reporting is showing how Trump tried to overturn the democratic process and stage a coup.

The January 6th panel is going to be supercharged. The shit now coming out is dynamite and should lead to serous repercussions against some while continuing to reveal Trumps supporters here are assholes. This gives me great pleasure.

Putin Plotted to Put ‘Mentally Unstable’ Trump in White House According to Report on Leaked Kremlin Papers

Leaked documents from the Kremlin obtained by The Guardian reportedly reveal a plot to put Donald Trump in the White House approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin in January of 2016. The Kremlin has dismissed this report as “great fiction.”

Former President Trump was the focus of a Department of Justice investigation led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which did not lead to any charges against the 45th president, but did uncover Russian intel operations designed to destabilize the American electorate and help elect Trump to the highest office.

The Guardian opens with a stunning lede: “Vladimir Putin personally authorised a secret spy agency operation to support a “mentally unstable” Donald Trump in the 2016 US presidential election during a closed session of Russia’s national security council, according to what are assessed to be leaked Kremlin documents.”

The report features screenshots of the documents in question, which they reportedly have shown to independent experts who claim “they appear to be genuine. Incidental details come across as accurate. The overall tone and thrust is said to be consistent with Kremlin security thinking.”

Writing for The Guardian, Luke Harding, Julian Borger, and Dan Sabbagh report:

The key meeting took place on 22 January 2016, the papers suggest, with the Russian president, his spy chiefs and senior ministers all present.

They agreed a Trump White House would help secure Moscow’s strategic objectives, among them “social turmoil” in the US and a weakening of the American president’s negotiating position.

Russia’s three spy agencies were ordered to find practical ways to support Trump, in a decree appearing to bear Putin’s signature.

By this point Trump was the frontrunner in the Republican party’s nomination race. A report prepared by Putin’s expert department recommended Moscow use “all possible force” to ensure a Trump victory.

Western intelligence agencies are understood to have been aware of the documents for some months and to have carefully examined them. The papers, seen by the Guardian, seem to represent a serious and highly unusual leak from within the Kremlin.

Charges of “collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russia have been largely derided by Trump and his media surrogates. However, the Senate Intel Committee report on the matter did find ample evidence of senior campaign officials communicating with what is now known to be Russian operatives. That report came from a Senate that featured a Republican majority, and the committee was charged by Senator Richard Burr (R -NC) and opened with the following conclusions:

The Committee found that the Russian government engaged in an aggressive, multi-faceted effort to influence, or attempt to influence, the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. Parts of this effort are outlined in the Committee’s earlier volumes on election security, social media, the Obama Administration’s response to the threat, and the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA).

The fifth and final volume focuses on the counterintelligence threat, outlining a wide range of Russian efforts to influence the Trump Campaign and the 2016 election. In this volume the Committee lays out its findings in detail by looking at many aspects of the counterintelligence threat posed by the Russian influence operation. For example, the Committee examined Paul Manafort’s connections to Russian influence actors and the FBI’s treatment of reporting produced by Christopher Steele. While the Committee does not describe the final result as a complete picture, this volume provides the most comprehensive description to date of Russia’s activities and the threat they posed. This volume presents this information in topical sections in order to address coherently and in detail the wide variety of Russian actions. The events explained in these sections in many cases overlap, and references in each section will direct the reader to those overlapping parts of the volume. Immediately below is a summary of key findings from several sections.

When reached for comment by The Guardian, Putin’s spokesman Dmitri Peskov said the idea that Russian leaders had met and agreed to support Trump was “a great pulp fiction” when contacted Thursday morning.

Documents “leaked” from the Kremlin should always be met with healthy circumspection, as Russian disinformation campaigns designed to roil foreign countries are well documented. The Guardian is a reputable news outlet that its critics see as having a left-of-center agenda. How this story is reported — more “Russia, Russia, Russia!” or “I told you so!” — will likely speak volumes about other news outlets.

Read the full report at The Guardian.

The many paths from
Trump to Russia
By Marshall Cohen and Tal Yellin

Special Counsel Robert Mueller and committees in both chambers of Congress are investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 election and whether there were any links or coordination between the Trump orbit and the Russian government. Here is a summary of known connections between Trump associates and Russia. Updated December 1, 2017, 2:30 p.m. est

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn started advising Trump on national security in early 2016. When Trump took office in January 2017, Flynn served as his national security adviser, but resigned after one month amid questions about his links to Russia. In December 2017, Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with the Russian ambassador during the Trump transition.

Flynn was once paid $11,250 by Volga-Dnepr Airlines, a Russian cargo plane company, according to documents released by the House oversight committee. The payment came in August 2015 for a speaking engagement. CNN reported that Flynn didn't mention this income in a financial disclosure form he filed in February, before his resignation. He updated the filing after his resignation to include the payment.

Volga-Dnepr Airlines is a Moscow-based airline that specializes in large cargo transportation. The Kremlin agreed in 2004 to finance a "major infrastructure reconstruction" at a Siberian airport so Volga-Dnepr Airlines could build a cargo hub there. The company says Putin led the meeting where this agreement was reached. Volga-Dnepr has previously worked with US government contractors and the United Nations, but it was determined in early 2015 to be "unsuitable" for some Pentagon contracts, according to a spokesman for United States Transportation Command.

Kaspersky Lab

Russian cybersecurity firm
Flynn was paid $11,250 by Kaspersky Govermnent Security Solutions, an American subsidiary of the Russia-based cybersecurity firm Kasperksy Lab. The October 2015 payment was processed through Flynn's speakers bureau, according to documents released by the House Oversight Committee.

Kasperksy Lab is a private cybersecurity firm, based in Russia, that does business around the world, including contract work for the US government. The Trump administration recently removed the company from two lists of approved technology vendors, and six US intelligence chiefs testified before the Senate intelligence committee in May that they wouldn't be comfortable with Kaspersky software on their computers. Kaspersky denies any ties to the Russian government and its owner said allegations of any relationship are "utter BS."

Sergey Kislyak

Russian ambassador to the US
Flynn says he first met Russian ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak in 2013 during an official visit to Russia as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Flynn and Kislyak were in contact during the Trump transition, and they spoke on the same day President Obama ordered sanctions on Russia. The controversy over these calls triggered Flynn’s resignation in February, after one month on the job.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

As the top Russian diplomat in the United States, Kislyak works at the Russian embassy in Washington and is an employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Vladimir Putin

President of Russia
As president, Putin appoints all Russian ambassadors. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and its leadership, answers to Putin.

RT

Kremlin-funded TV network
In December 2015, Flynn went to Moscow for a gala celebrating the 10th anniversary of RT, the English-language news network controlled and funded by the Russian government. He sat at the same table as Putin. He was paid more than $33,750 by RT to participate, according to documents released by the House Oversight Committee.

Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communication

RT was founded in 2005 by RIA Novosti, a state-run news agency in Russia that has since been dissolved. It fell under the jurisdiction of the Russian Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communication.

Vladimir Putin

President of Russia
The Russian Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communication is the governmental department in charge of state-run media. Putin appoints its minister.

Subu Kota

businessman
After leaving the military in 2014, Flynn founded Flynn Intel Group. His firm last year reportedly partnered with Brainwave Science, a company co-led by Sabu Kota, according to the Washington Post. A Trump campaign spokesman said Flynn had never met Kota.

KGB

Soviet-era spy agency
In 1996, Kota pleaded guilty to selling biotech materials to someone posing as a Russian spy, but was really an FBI agent, according to Bloomberg. During the trial, prosecutors accused Kota of repeatedly meeting with a known KGB agent between 1985 and 1990. Kota denied the spying claim and insisted that the criminal charges stemmed from a patent dispute.

Vladimir Putin

President of Russia
The Committee for State Security, or the KGB, was dissolved when the USSR collapsed in 1991. Putin was a KGB agent from the mid-1970s until 1991. He later served as director of the FSB, a successor organization to the KGB.

It is funny SECOND how for years Trumps supporters have responded to all the reported evidence of his many indiscretions, with whataboutism or just plain denials. They never directly addressed the reported facts or provided any of their own. So, what’s funny about it? It’s funny the evidence of all his wrong doings just won’t go away. All that his supporters believed had gone away just keeps reappearing.

It is funny how it exposes those same Trump supporters as being absolutely stupid, and it’s funny that it has so exhausted Jack=ass that all he can do now is repeatedly post “Trump will be fine, Trump will be fine.” It’s just too funny. It’s as though he has a rubber stamp he uses that he believes accomplishes something. What I wouldn’t know. I take that back. It does prevent us from being over exposed to his moronic rants and that brings me pleasure.

Don't give 6ix too much credit. Every Texas Trumptard I know is obviously as crazy or worst and just as funny, but they're not as articulate as 6ix, which is where he is outstanding, even world-class, right up there with Trump at his most extreme. They are Trump; Trump is them; they and Trump are sympatico.

THUGR, why are you flogging the Mueller Investigation and the "trials" arising from it that are going to start ANY MOMENT NOW? (tick tock!)

The investigation is over. No indictments were issued against Trump, and the one indictment against a Russian company that actually started to go to trial? The DOJ withdrew its case.

The reason why there will be NO TRIALS is because court-worthy evidence IS LACKING.

Crowdstrike - the firm that investigated the DNC servers - testified to Congress three+ years ago that there was NO EVIDENCE that ANYONE "hacked" the DNC servers. (M$M didn't tell you about that one, did they?)

The Steele "dossier" allegations couldn't be verified with anything ... no plane rides, no hotel bookings... nothing. It was all a crock of shit paid for by the Hillary campaign. Perhaps you haven't been kepping up with the news, but it was finally debunked ... even by the M$M and liberal outlets... two years ago.

Quote:

The news media’s Steele dossier scandal is even worse than you thought

ust when you think you have grasped the enormity of the U.S. news media’s Steele dossier scandal, it gets worse. Much worse.

The “primary subsource” for the so-called dossier was suspected once of being a Russian operative and a “threat to national security,” according to newly declassified FBI records.

To put things more clearly: The document the FBI used to secure authorization from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to spy on one-time Trump campaign aide Carter Page is based largely on the say-so of an individual the FBI itself once suspected of being a national security risk.

This revelation comes after the Senate Intelligence Committee reported that the Steele dossier, a deeply flawed piece of opposition research funded by the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee, likely contains a great deal of Kremlin disinformation.

This is why you never, ever go to press with uncorroborated, unverified allegations of grave and obscene behavior about public (or even private) figures.
You never know whose dirty work you may unwittingly be doing. It should not be this easy to play the sap to Moscow, but it seems clear by now that the media in the United States have been blinded by partisan rage.

Quote:

The Rise and Fall of the ‘Steele Dossier’

...During his time in office, Democratic Party operatives and their allies in the media challenged the legitimacy of Trump’s 2016 victory with a xenophobic conspiracy theory of their own. Russia, it was claimed, not only installed Trump in the White House, but did so as part of an elaborate plot with his campaign. ...

A “well-developed conspiracy of cooperation” [*]
The first Manchurian Candidate rumblings about Trump surfaced in the summer of 2016. But the pivotal incident, which morphed into all-consuming Russia mania, came exactly four years ago this month, just days before Trump’s inauguration. On January 10, 2017, BuzzFeed News published the “Steele dossier,” the collection of DNC-funded reports alleging a high-level conspiracy between Trump and Moscow. The catalyst had come four days earlier, when then–FBI Director Jim Comey personally briefed Trump on the dossier’s existence. Their meeting was then promptly leaked to the media, giving BuzzFeed the news hook to publish the Steele material in full.

Despite its outlandish assertions and partisan provenance, Steele’s work product somehow became a road map for Democratic leaders, media outlets, and, most egregiously, intelligence officials carrying out the Russia investigation.

According to Steele, Trump and the Kremlin engaged in a “well-developed conspiracy of cooperation.” Russia had, Steele alleged, been “cultivating, supporting and assisting Trump for at least five years,” dating back to the time when Trump was merely the host of The Apprentice. Russia, Steele claimed, handed Trump “a regular flow of intelligence,” including on “political rivals.” The conspiracy supposedly escalated during the 2016 campaign, when then–Trump lawyer Michael Cohen slipped into Prague for “secret discussions with Kremlin representatives and associated operators/hackers.”

I suggest, THUGR and SECONDRATE and JO ... that you read this second article IN FULL. Everything that you feel about Trump and Russia, is based on LIES, finally admitted.

[*] The only "well-developed conspiracy of cooperation" that I see at work here is the conspiracy of cooperation between Obama, Hillary, Brennan, Comey, MI6, Steele, various lower-level staff who conspired to smear Trump because of partisan reactions, and - most importantly- the M$M. These weren't "mistakes". The M$M KNOWINGLY published lies and elaborations of lies ad infinitum, ad nauseam in full cooperation with our security state.

*****

Similarly, "quid pro quo" is debunked by a plain reading of the transcript and the (literally) unbelieveable nature of the "testimony" against Trump which amounted to nothing more than third hand hearsay by actors with a grudge. (Since impeachment is a political proceeding NOT A LEGAL ONE, testimony is taken which would NEVER be allowed in court.)

"Incitement" is debunked by listening to the full video of Trump's speech, much like the "Covington students assault Native Elder" is debunked by viewing the FULL video.

"Insurrection" is debunked by comparison to ACTUAL insurrections. Meanwhile Jan 6 protesters are beig held apparently indefinitely. (If that was BLM rotting in jail, you guys would be all over it like... er, white on rice.)

I could provide at least another half-dozen lies about Trump whipped up and regurgitated by the press (extra vetting required for ppl from conflict/jihadi states is "racist", keeping illegal aliens out is "racist"), which should have torpedoed their credibility with any intelligent reader. (Apparently, there are a lot of stupid dupes in the USA!) But aside from shredding their credibility with intelligent readers and causing widespread distrust of the M$M and (now) Big Tech, the chum allowed Trump's REAL failings to slip past public discussion.

And you're STILL frothing about ... nothing.

Jeez, guys.

Get a grip.

THIS THREAD SHOULD BE DEAD ALREADY.

I find 6ix very convincing and articulate because the standard for comparison is a typical Texas Trumptard. Oh, what a sad and loony mob, but the Trumptards are the majority in Texas. In stark contrast, the following news story is what I personally find convincing and articulate, but a Trumptard would scream that it's fake news:

Vladimir Putin personally authorised a secret spy agency operation to support a “mentally unstable” Donald Trump in the 2016 US presidential election during a closed session of Russia’s national security council, according to what are assessed to be leaked Kremlin documents.

A Trump win “will definitely lead to the destabilisation of the US’s sociopolitical system” and see hidden discontent burst into the open . . .

There is an active program of disinformation* in Britain, and The Guardian is it's chief promoter. This, too, will be debunked in time.

*The Steele "dossier", debunked.
The Skripal poisoning, riddled with inconsistencies.
The "Assad gassed his own people" false flag, disinformation supported at the highest levels by OPCW and by Bellingcat, which is supported by the British government.
Even the initial "Saddam WMD" assessment came from Britain's MI6.

Britain is an EXCELLENT source of disinformation. I get the impression that our CIA (or Hillary Clinton) sometimes asks/pays Britain to produce something for disinformation in the USA, because info can be claimed as third party, which makes it sound more credible.

You know I wouldn't post these examples if I didn't have SOLID EVIDENS to support those claims. If I have time, I'll post links.

I get the impression, BTW, that there is the same fight between the Biden* administration and the neocons as there was between Trump and the neocons, except that this particular fight is a lot more muted. But whenever Trump wanted to make a significant move like- say- withdraw troops from the Mideast, the fear-mongers would crank up the megaphones and printing presses and cause hysteria to foam over.

Well, now that our troops are being withdrawn from Afghanistan and the USA is talking with Iraqi leaders about withdrawing our combat troops from Iraq (which would mean withdrawing troops from their largest position in Syria, bc supply lines run thu Iraq, except the Al Tanf region near Jordan) the M$M is protesting a little. But it's not getting too far- just a few sour questions from CNN and an equally sour article from NYT - so the British press, which has neocons of it own, seems determined to take up the slack.
