The data is in and it's overwhelming, it's a landslide: He's a lying sack of sh*t. He's the shittiest human being to ever hold the office. If statistics are any predictor, it should mean we won't see the likes of him again for another 200 years.
I also predict his foul odor of a presidency will only inspire great change. The GOP in it's current form, will eventually die out. I wish I could be around 100 years from now to see the changes.

If Trump leaves in 2021, the GOP and all its Senators will survive. But if Trump stays until 2025, I think the GOP and its rotten Senators will die. The only good GOP Senators (John McCain, Jeff Flake, Dean Heller) are either dead or didn't run. Killing the GOP for sure requires reelecting Trump. It's a weird thing to say, but America has to get much sicker if it will ever get permanently healthier. If a Democrat wins in 2021, the GOP will do its best to destroy him and replace with another Republican in 2025. But if the GOP destroys itself, then we will stop this cycle of going back and forth between Republicans and Democrats. President Herbert Hoover did a fine job of ruining the GOP's reputation. Trump could do the same, given enough time.

A new poll of Wall Street insiders shows that 70% expect President Donald Trump to win reelection in 2020. While Joe Biden was viewed as the most stock market-friendly possible Democratic candidate for the White House, more than 70% of survey respondents told global investment bank RBC Capital Markets that they expect Trump to be reelected.

Too true. When I think of the next Dem president, either after Trump's loss in 2020 or not running in 2024, I think of how much obstruction and damage the GOP will get up to. It will be a relentless, constant attempt to sabotage any gains or improvements a Dem president make to teach We The People a lesson, "Better vote GOP next time, or we'll turn the heat up again." Gas will go up, employment down, runaway inflation - anything to make the Dem president look bad. UNLESS we get a Dem senate at the same time.

I just spoke with a representative of a US Senator running for president. I suggested that if the republicans vote not to impeach Trump, it may have to go to the courts.

Why, because what Trump did is specifically mentioned in the constitution as being against the law. And if the evidence of Trumps guilt is overwhelming, then by virtue of their vote the Senate would be changing the constitution. For that you need a two thirds majority.

This would also apply to violations of the emolument's clause. Haven't thought about this long enough to see if it applies elsewhere but it may be the way forward.

Book by ‘Anonymous’ describes Trump as cruel, inept and a danger to the nation

Senior Trump administration officials considered resigning en masse last year in a “midnight self-massacre” to sound a public alarm about President Trump’s conduct, but rejected the idea because they believed it would further destabilize an already teetering government, according to a new book by an unnamed author.

I will quote Trump, from yesterday, except his story is fake:
Quote:

STATEMENT FROM PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP
I am the only person I know, perhaps the only person in history, who can give major money to charity ($19M), charge no expense, and be attacked by the political hacks in New York State. No wonder why we are all leaving!
Every penny of the $19 million raised by the Trump Foundation went to hundreds of great charitable causes with almost no expenses.
The New York Attorney General is deliberately mischaracterizing this settlement for political purposes.
In fact, the court rejected the Attorney General’s frivolous request for statutory penalties, interest and other damages.
It has been 4 years of politically motivated harassment - first by lightweight AG Schneiderman, prior to his resignation for beating up women - then AG Underwood, who was impossible to deal with, and now AG Letitia James, who does not acknowledge that we gave 100% of the funds to great charities, but refuses to investigate the Clinton Foundation with all of its problems. All they found was incredibly effective philanthropy and some small technical violations, such as not keeping board minutes.
We resolved the case with the understanding that all money previously in the foundation has gone to charity. I am therefore happy to donate $2 million to the following worthy charities: Army Emergency Relief; Children’s Aid Society; City Meals on Wheels; Give an Hour; Martha’s Table, United Negro College Fund; United Way of Capital Area; and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1192594646691729408

The real story, not Trump's fake one, is that he stole $2 million from charity, spent it on himself, then took a tax deduction. Trump should have gone to jail. Instead, his punishment is to actually give the money he stole to real charity, rather than his own pocket. And he fought for two years to not pay. Then lied about it in a tweet.

Oye. Chump and his minions STOLE FROM A CHARITY FOR VETERANS, SEVERAL TIMES, KNOWINGLY.....and Herr Shit-for-brains is still trying to defend it.

I really do think Trumpanzees are so invested in defending whatever he does, that if Chump actually DID eat a toddler for dinner they would say it was sick and he was doing it a favor...

If any of US stole that... (I did notice that men that embezzled from charities spent far less time in prison for it than woman did which is interesting.)

Former Rep. Corrine Brown has been sentenced to five years in prison for pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars from donors who believed their money was going to charity. A federal judge on Monday sentenced the Florida Democrat, who was voted out of office last year, on 18 crimes ranging from conspiracy to fraud.

A former U.S. representative from Texas was sentenced Wednesday to 10 years in prison and ordered to pay about $1 million in restitution after being convicted of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars meant for charity and using it to pay for personal expenses and his political campaigns.
In April, a federal jury found the former congressman, Steve Stockman, 61, guilty on 23 counts — including money laundering, conspiracy and making false statements — after prosecutors alleged that he had orchestrated a yearslong scheme to defraud charitable donors.
Two of Stockman’s former aides also pleaded guilty last year to multiple counts connected to the case.

A judge Tuesday sentenced an Oxnard woman to four years in the Ventura County Jail for stealing thousands of dollars from a business and a charity in the Ojai Valley. 30-year-old Ursula Ruiz had earlier pleaded guilty to several counts of grand theft.
Prosecutors say when she worked for the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, Ruiz stole about $57,000.
They say when she worked for Haney Landscaping, she stole about $18,000.
Prosecutors say she committed the thefts by forging checks and misusing company credit cards.
They say she has shown no remorse for her actions

CARROLLTON — A man charged with stealing up to $60,000 from a small Carrollton charity has pleaded guilty and will serve time in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Bradley Cooper, 42, of rural Carrollton was charged with theft and forgery after it was discovered he had taken around $60,000 from the Chloe Foundation, a charity that works to help families undergoing long-term medical care with needs such as gas and food.
Cooper pleaded guilty in August and was sentenced Oct. 31 in Greene County court to serve 180 days in the IDOC, with two years of mandatory supervised release.

A San Marcos man who utilized the names of various charities as part of a multi-million dollar tax fraud scheme was sentenced to 46 months in federal custody Friday.
Robert Holcomb, 53, will also be required to pay a $600,000 fine for opening bank accounts under the names of at least four charities as part of his work as an “asset protection” specialist, a scheme prosecutors say he ran for more than a decade.
Holcomb was convicted by a federal jury in July on four counts of making false statements to a financial institution, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Baltimore, Maryland – U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz sentenced William Peters, age 64, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, today to 18 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for conspiring to commit mail and wire fraud, and conspiring to commit money laundering. Judge Motz also entered an order that Peters forfeit and pay restitution of $4 million.
The sentence was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; Special Agent in Charge Stephen E. Vogt of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and Special Agent in Charge Thomas Jankowski of the Internal Revenue Service - Criminal Investigation, Washington, D.C. Field Office.
According to his plea, Peters was a board member of a charity that provided financial support to Native American communities and individuals

The judge offered Trump's lawyers a deal: "If you get the hell out of my courtroom and stop wasting my time, I will allow your client to not plead guilty, but your client will have to return the money he stole. Is it a deal?"

Trump took the deal, despite promising to never settle. He also promised to never settle the Trump University fraud, but then he settled for $25 million because, once again, a tired and busy judge allowed Trump to getaway without pleading guilty if he would just pay something to the people Trump stole from.

Did I mention that Trump gets special treatment because he is rich enough to litigate forever? The judges know that his lawyers will be clogging up the court calendar unless the judges let Trump claim he is NOT GUILTY by reason of having so much money and being insane.

Ukraine is going exactly as Trump expected. Trump will claim he is NOT GUILTY and will never settle the case. He did the same with Trump University and Trump Charity. Like in courtrooms, where the judges get tired of his lawyers clogging up the court's calendar with their legal motions, Trump's lawyers will clog up the calendar of Congress until it lets him go with only paying back what he stole by fraud.

Not okay. If Trump would simply apologize for his stupidity, he'd make it trivially easy for the GOP Senators. But he has to be a lying asshole about everything, running up everybody's legal bills, and wasting everybody's time. Then the Crybaby blames everybody for being mean to him. What a crappy CEO:

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump
The Radical Left Dems and LameStream Media are just trying to make it hard for Republicans and me to win in 2020. The new Impeachment Hoax is already turning against them!
https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1192467215360102401

He could make the whole thing go away with an apology, but he won't because he'd much rather do no work during the work day. Instead he needs to be the center of attention all day long, every day.

What is Trump doing right this minute? Nothing: "I will be announcing the winners of the #MAGACHALLENGE and inviting them to the @WhiteHouse to meet with me and perform." https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1192854195625316352

What else did Trump get done at work, today? Posted a 30 year old picture of his children: www.instagram.com/p/B4m_Z1OhEDr/

He should save that until the weekend, but that would interfere with golf in Florida, wouldn't it?

Not “Stable Genius” Again, Or Please Stop Making Us Run This Analysis
October 3, 2019

Donald Trump’s grade level, on Day 986 of his Presidency, declined slightly from the first two analyses, dropping from a grade level of 4.6 to 4.5. In all three analyses, he consistently has the lowest score of all U.S. Presidents since Herbert Hoover, regardless of methodology or sample size. We track every word spoken by Donald Trump… On the side, we transcribe and analyze every word spoken in the U.S. Congress: all the committees, floor speeches, the whole shebang, for our clients. Trump had 847,334 words in the analysis.

Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level of Unscripted Speech for Presidents Hoover to Trump:

Trump 4.5
Truman 6.2
Bush41 7.4
FDR 8.1
Bush43 8.1
LBJ 8.5
Reagan 8.5
Obama 8.7
Clinton 9.0
Eisenhower 9.3
Ford 9.5
JFK 9.6
Carter 9.9
Nixon 10.2
Hoover 11.1

If you have been told Trump is stupid, you have been told the truth. He ranks lower than even Truman, the moron who nuked women and children, not realizing that using the secret weapon built to counter Hitler's hypothetical nukes would start a multi-trillion dollar arms race, since numerous Republican Senators openly talked of nuking Stalin. Stalin responded exactly as Truman should have expected, but poor dumb Truman expected nothing. Trump is dumber than Truman at understanding consequences of decisions. See the Korean War for one example. Trump proved to be dumber than Truman about N Korea. Trump is even dumber about nuclear weapons since he is neither negotiating nor renewing any nuclear arms control treaties. He is letting them all expire.

Aides are counseling Trump not to fire Mulvaney, as acting chief of staff changes course again

President Trump has been threatening for weeks to fire acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, but senior advisers have counseled him to hold off on such a drastic step amid a high-stakes impeachment probe, according to three people familiar with the discussions.

Embezzlement - invented by old white dudes, and so were the laws governing it, that it doesn't surprise me that they (old white dudes) spend less time in jail.

Interesting!

And then, we have Chump stealing from a charity to enrich himself (as usual)
and the judge (whom he has stated shouldn't exist) slapped him with a fine of $2 Million. This is the scumbag millions follow and several comrades here
continue to suck his dick no matter what.

Fucking idiot even contradicted "his" republican followers regarding the talking points of their pathetic "defense" of the public hearings.

I'll say it again: "What a maroon!"

1) Trump’s complaint, from today:

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump
When you hear Schiff use all these words like quid pro quo, it is because they can't specify that Donald Trump broke any laws or did anything wrong.
https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1194605354484715520

2) Schiff responded, today, to Trump:

In 2014, Russia invaded a United States ally, Ukraine, to reverse that nation’s embrace of the West, and to fulfill Vladimir Putin’s desire to rebuild a Russian empire. In the following years, thirteen thousand Ukrainians died as they battled superior Russian forces.

Earlier this year Volodymyr Zelensky was elected president of Ukraine on a platform of ending the conflict and tackling corruption. He was a newcomer to politics and immediately sought to establish a relationship with Ukraine’s most powerful patron, the United States. The questions presented by this impeachment inquiry are whether President Trump sought to exploit that ally’s vulnerability and invite Ukraine’s interference in our elections? Whether President Trump sought to condition official acts, such as a White House meeting or U.S. military assistance, on Ukraine's willingness to assist with two political investigations that would help his reelection campaign? And if President Trump did either, whether such an abuse of his power is compatible with the office of the presidency?

The matter is as simple, and as terrible as that. Our answer to these questions will affect not only the future of this presidency, but the future of the presidency itself, and what kind of conduct or misconduct the American people may come to expect from their Commander-in-Chief.

Joker said that, just before he murdered his mother in her hospital bed. If there was any artistry at all to that movie, then is was the heart monitor beeping slower and slower as his mother's heart stopped. (Except in reality, that would cause an alarm at the nursing station and in the patient's room). 6ix, that is a nasty, ugly movie you have praised. What would happen if President Trump were a high school principal who suspended the police chief’s son and then offered to take the boy back if the police department would investigate his ex-wife before an upcoming child custody hearing? If Trump were anyone else the president would be fired and perhaps subject to a criminal investigation.

As the impeachment process unfolds, Trump’s defenders will throw up dust clouds of complexity. But suppose that a low-ranking government official, the head of a branch Social Security office, intervened to halt a widow’s long-approved Social Security payments. The widow, alarmed that without that income she might lose her home, would call the branch director to ask for help.

“I’d like you to do me a favor, though,” the director might respond. He would suggest that her Social Security payments could resume, but he’d like the widow to give him her late husband’s collection of rare coins.

Everybody would see that as an outrageous abuse of power. Whether we’re Republicans or Democrats, we would all recognize that it’s inappropriate for a federal official to use his or her power over government resources to extract personal benefits. The Social Security official could say that the payments eventually resumed, or assert that the widow’s son had engaged in skulduggery — but he’d be out of a job in an instant and would face a criminal investigation.

6ix, your story, even though it is only 29 words long, is a lie from beginning to end. If you were an ordinary person, you would correct your story. You can edit your comments at fff.net, you know. I would if I were you, but you voted for Trump, so you don't care.

What did Joe Biden actually do in Ukraine? Here is more than a 29 word story. All of them are true:

When Russia invaded Ukraine in early 2014, Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. pressed President Barack Obama to take decisive action, and fast, to make Moscow “pay in blood and money” for its aggression. The president, a Biden aide recalled, was having none of it.

Mr. Biden worked Mr. Obama during their weekly private lunches, imploring him to increase lethal aid, backing a push to ship FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank missiles to Kiev. The president flatly rejected the idea and dispatched him to the region as an emissary, cautioning him “about not overpromising to the Ukrainian government,” Mr. Biden would later write in a memoir.

So, Mr. Biden threw himself into what seemed like standard-issue vice-presidential stuff: prodding Ukraine’s leaders to tackle the rampant corruption that made their country a risky bet for international lenders — and pushing reform of Ukraine’s cronyism-ridden energy industry.

“You have to be whiter than snow, or the whole world will abandon you,” Mr. Biden told the country’s newly elected president, Petro O. Poroshenko, during an early 2014 phone call, according to former administration officials.

That message was delivered just as Mr. Biden’s son Hunter joined the board of a Ukrainian gas company that was the subject of multiple corruption investigations, a position that paid him as much as $50,000 a month and — in the view of some administration officials, including the ambassador to Kiev — threatened to undermine Mr. Biden’s agenda.

Thanks to President Trump and his lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani, that subplot has now swallowed the story line. Their efforts to press Ukrainian officials to investigate unsubstantiated charges against the Bidens have propelled Mr. Trump to the brink of impeachment. They have also put Mr. Biden on the defensive at a critical moment in the Democratic presidential primary campaign. As the impeachment hearings go public this week, the Republicans are hoping to redirect the spotlight onto the Bidens.

A look at what the former vice president actually did in Ukraine (he visited six times and spent hours on the phone with the country’s leaders) tells a different story, according to interviews with more than two dozen people knowledgeable about the situation. It casts light on one of Mr. Biden’s central arguments for himself in the primary: his eight years of diplomacy as Mr. Obama’s No. 2.
