The words are still resonating in my heart and soul...Dr. Hill said to the GOP panel, stop spreading "fictional narrative" of Ukraine, not Russia, meddling in U.S. elections.

Then crickets...then fear...then "humina" - how quaint!

Quote:

This is a fictional narrative that has been perpetrated and propagated by the Russian security services themselves,” Hill said in her opening statement during a public hearing. Hill testified on Nov. 21 in the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

I have added this to my personal collection and have watched it a few times to further appreciate the tone and tenor of the truth as it emanates from her intelligent mouth. And, although she was sitting, it felt as though she was standing the whole time she testified, with "shield and sword" ever at the ready, challenging any who would dare defy her:

"come on you dolts, you spineless worms, do your worst. I stand with shield and sword in hand to defend that which I hold dear until my last breath. Come at me, but be forewarned that mere death will not vanquish my spirit, but only
manage to fuel it's resolve...Go ahead, have at it."

It was indeed a challenge, and what took place was a pure joy to watch. Truth made an appearance that day. But no ordinary run-of-the-mill truth, stalwart but somewhat meek.........NO, Fuck That...........

This was Big Hairy Balls Truth, This was Guns of the Navarone Truth, This was Fuck You Bitches, Remember The Alamo Truth!

This was "Go Ahead, Set My Hair on Fire Truth"

Bravo Dr. Hill, Bravo!

Brilliant response to an "attack" statement submitted by Rep. Wenstrup, who's aim was geared toward Trump's base (and Trump) and not meant for a response from anyone, least of all from Dr. Hill; watch what she had to say, even I was surprised at such obvious intelligence and strategic brilliance:

Needless to say, she gained his respect.

One more thing: Reps. Turner and RATcliffe left the dais without interviewing Dr. Hill. An astounding addition to her testimony, on the fly mind you, that
is a testament to her quick thinking and high intellect. The roaches [sic] scattered when the light was clicked on. Making mention of it was quite the
strategic move on her part. Why did they run? "How unfortunate" she says.
But not before she compliments Dr. Wenstrup (straight out of Dale Carnegie's book, How to Win Friends and Influence People).

She turned his "statement" on a dime, "influenced" his respect and brought it back to "on topic" all in one fell swoop. At .50 seconds she begins by "agreeing" with him, within 10 seconds she stopped him from leaving the dais, and quietly slipped in the legal and moral obligations clause, "we came as fact witnesses" gently rebuked the notion that she, or her colleagues, were there to "hang" Trump. But to testify as to what they witnessed.

Then she restated their purpose at 1:16...and then at 1:42 "I don't believe there should be any kind of interference in our elections. I think it was unfair for people to "call" the election and to make attacks on candidate Trump, and then president Trump. This has put a huge cloud over this presidency and our whole democratic system."

At 2:02 she brings it 'round full circle and gets her point across:

Quote:

"That's actually why as a non-partisan person, and as an expert on Russia
and an expert on Vladimir Putin and on the Russian security services, I wanted to come in and serve the country to see if I could help. I heard president Trump say that he wanted to improve relations with Russia. I believe we have to. We can't be in this unending confrontation with Russia. We have to find a way to stabilize our relationship and to professionalize that relationship, as well as to stop them from doing what they did in 2016 and again in 2020. This is really the crux of the issue, that I and others are trying to put across and I think that you've put across very eloquently."

Text book Carnegie, a book that was published in the 1930's and still resonates today in 2019, brilliantly put to the test and executed by a professional diplomat. Compliment your adversary; agree, to some extent, with his statement or point of view, but interject your thoughts always acknowledging his own; then bring it full circle to the main objective.

Bravo Dr. Hill, Carnegie himself would give you a standing ovation.

10 minutes is the magic number to have your videos monetized on YouTube (I'm told that people who don't have adblocker have to watch two advertisements by then). In traditional television, you're already knee deep in your second commercial break during your favorite show at the 10 minute mark.

You and I are old school, buddy. (Yes, I did watch her whole speech). I doubt very much that even a meaningful percentage of Millennials sat through just her speech, let alone devoting any of their time to watching these impeachment hearings. And Generation Zed who's been watching handheld shit on their phones since they were in diapers? I doubt you'll find a single one who didn't tune out as soon as she was talking about her old man and what her life was like growing up.

My skepticism is nothing personal against her. We've been hearing the same old shit about Russian interference for 3 years straight, yet not a single person has ever explained what that actually means. I know more than a large majority of people do about tech and how it works, yet they speak in bullshit vaguery and meaningless jargon when they're dancing around the topic. (Because they think we're all fucking stupid).

I don't know what Obama would have to say about election interference in 2019, but he certainly didn't think it was a legitimate concern in 2015. That's all I'm saying.

Time has explained it: When Russia set out to interfere with the 2016 election, it went all out.

Over the course of the election, a wide-ranging group of Russians probed state voter databases for insecurities; hacked the Hillary Clinton campaign, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic National Committee; tried to hack the campaign of Sen. Marco Rubio and the Republican National Committee; released politically damaging information on the internet; spread propaganda on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram; staged rallies in Florida and Pennsylvania; set up meetings with members of the Trump campaign and its associates; and floated a business proposition for a skyscraper in Moscow to the Trump Organization.

The goal, as determined by the U.S. intelligence community and backed up by evidence gathered by Special Counsel Robert Mueller: To damage the Clinton campaign, boost Trump’s chances and sow distrust in American democracy overall.

The details of these efforts have come out in drips and drabs since the 2016 election ended, with information revealed by a memo from intelligence agencies, court documents filed by Mueller, testimony from Trump associates in court and before Congress and investigative news reports.

Did you actually read it?

Quote:

The FBI alerted states to the threat about two months before the 2016 election when hackers accessed voter registration databases in Illinois and Arizona. Then in January 2017, the government issued its first report on election interference and blamed Russia for the hacks. However, DHS did not tell top state officials that their systems were scanned by hackers until nearly a year after the election.

"How convenient." and "Because, that makes sense."

Not sure which thought came to mind first.

Quote:

The prosecutors offered up more details, including saying that hackers stole information on 500,000 voters from an unnamed state’s website, including names, addresses, partial Social Security numbers, dates of birth and driver’s license numbers.

Oh... ANON states now, huh?

You know what... I don't have time for this right now. I'm sure the rest of the "journalism" here is exactly the same as this, because the journalism of the last 3 years has been exactly the same as this.

Not worth worrying about. Always America has had 50% who are dumber than average, and look what got accomplished using that retarded 50% as the workforce. How about this for dumb? The Republican Party once wouldn't stop boasting that it won the Cold War. Now, it embraces a Kremlin-hatched conspiracy theory that Ukraine meddled in the 2016 election -- despite US spy agencies' conclusion that Russia itself is to blame. Evidence abounds to show that the US president demanded a quid pro quo with Ukraine to investigate this very conspiracy theory, and a political rival. Yet his stupid supporters deny what is not even hiding in plain sight.

Evidence?

Well, THIS one is spectacularly lacking in evidence! This is based on a so-called "examination" of the DNCservers... not by the FBI, but by Crowdstrike. https://www.wired.com/story/trump-ukraine-call-crowdstrike-dnc-russia/ (The FBI never DID examine the servers) And who or what is Crowdstrike? It is a private company hired by the DNC.

Quote:

; tried to hack the campaign of Sen. Marco Rubio and the Republican National Committee
evidence?
Quote:

released politically damaging information on the internet
Via Julian Assange? Assange knows who gave him the information, but the Mueller "investigation" refused to talk with him (probably because he would reveal exculpatory information) and the British government has Assange safely rotting away in prison for the duration. Aside from that, out of the hundreds of thousands of "packets" that would involve internationally transmitting the DNC/Podesta files, the NSA has managed to capture exactly zero. So, yeah ... whatever.

Quote:

; spread propaganda on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram;
And spent all of $100 dollars doing it
Quote:

staged rallies in Florida and Pennsylvania;

[THE DEEP STATE] set up meetings with members of the Trump campaign and its associates

Set up by FusionGPS, MI6 and other DNC-affiliated organizations ; and
Quote:

floated a business proposition for a skyscraper in Moscow to the Trump Organization.
Which Trump apparently knew nothing about and which went nowhere.

One misdirection after another by the deep state (which BTW is non-partisan). A whole flurry of snowflakes. But if you look at each piece, it evaporates.

There is no "there" there. No collusion with Russia. No Russian transmission of DNC files to Julian Assange. SOME posts to social media, but in the blizzard of spending by the DNC it would be a spit in the wind; and some sneak and peek looks at various registration databases by entities unknown, but no changes made.

In other words, no "massive" interference in the election. Obama said so

Lookit, I know you're all paranoid about RUSSIA!RUSSIA!RUSSIA! It has been burned into your brain from years of hysteria on the M$M. Dial it back down to reality, willya? The biggest hit that Hillary took was when Comey announced that he had re-opened the investigation into Hillary's emails when they found some copies on Huma Abedin's husband's (Anthony Wiener's) laptop. (Eeew. And what a nasty place to be!)

Yeah, I'm so worried. Obviously I'm confused.

So this is what it's come to, a grammar lesson. Well, far be it from me to argue with such logic.

You WIN again!

Obviously this woman, with a doctorate and an expert in her field, a Putin expert, knows not of which she speaks. So weak and obtuse that two members of Congress left the dais - it's now become obvious that they left the dais because of her "fake" credentials as an expert.

I'm kind of curious...why did Trump hire her again? why was she even in the NSC? Why, if she's obviously an idiot who can't speak in proper English, was she working with Bolton? (who was hired by Trump). And from all that was said,
you pick that particular part of her statement. Nothing about the debunked motherfucking Ukraine bullshit coming from our Russian "allies?"

But, I bow down to your superior intellect and grandness. All Hail the Queen of Logic and Intelligence. Do you have other wisdom to impart on us Oh Great One?

And please, do note how they report the facts here.

The first paragraph:

Quote:

The Democratic National Committee, which is struggling to keep up with its Republican counterpart’s fundraising pace, is turning to 2020 presidential candidates for help raising cash in the pivotal fourth quarter.

Which is written right after the third key point:

Quote:

The latest filings show that the Republican National Committee raised just over $23 million in August and has $53 million on hand, while the DNC brought in $7.9 million and has $7.2 million in debt

"Struggling to keep up with its Republican counterpart's fundraising pace"??????

Gee. Ya think?

Now, SGG...

How do you suppose cnbc would have presented that story if the roles were reversed, and the DNC had $53 Million dollars on hand while the RNC only had $700,000? What about CNN? Vox? Motherjones?

My point being that they would be absolutely trashing Republicans and laughing at them for coming up with ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY. Instead, they brush it off as if it's not a big deal and not proof that they have absolutely zero chance in 2020.

Is Jack quoting CNBC and suggesting what they've written is factual? How exactly does that work? Is all mainstream media fake news, or only when they write stories that challenge his perceptions?

For the record. Jack posts mostly opinions because he can't site the media. This is due to the fact they, and the facts they report, exist in an alternate reality from his. Still, he does quote the media when it suits him.

Question, does Jack realize if his perceptions are based on lies or denials of the facts, that his perceptions are incorrect? Does he realize if his opinions differ from what is being reported on around the globe, because to him all mainstream media is fake, that he is more than likely warped?

lol dude. They "reported" that Democrats are broke. That's the "truth" of the article and it ends there.

The framing is that they intend that you walk away not believing that this is a problem for Democrats. It is. It's a huge problem for Democrats.

Oh...

Speaking about being right all the time.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2019/11/25/impeachment_tria
l_timing_puts_democrats_in_a_bind.html?utm_campaign=ora_player&utm_medium=ora-video-widget&utm_source=polls

Wasn't it like three weeks ago that I said the Impeachment reaching the senate would be a horrible thing for some of the Democratic front runners? Particularly Warren and Sanders?

Quote:

It would put Trump’s impeachment process squarely in the media spotlight in the run-up to the early voting states but also would ground several key 2020 contenders in Washington even though their presence as jurors will have little to no impact on the outcome. All signs right now point to the GOP-dominant Senate acquitting President Trump.

Republican Sen. John Cornyn, who faces his own reelection fight this year, is practically licking his chops at the thought of Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar, Cory Booker and Kamala Harris, along with independent Bernie Sanders, sidelined from the campaign trail in the weeks leading up to the Iowa caucuses on Feb. 3 and the New Hampshire primary on Feb. 11.

South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg is already leading the pack in Iowa, and he and Joe Biden and are nipping at Warren’s heels in New Hampshire.

Democrats, Cornyn told reporters late last week, are already “squandering” their opportunity to focus on the issues voters care about most with their march toward impeachment.

What the article fails to capitalize on here, however, is the Buttigieg effect. In fact, other than what I quoted above, they fail to even make another mention of him in the entire article.

I'm assuming that is because this was written by a somewhat right-leaning "news" source, and they don't want to draw any more attention to another FACT that I brought up around 6 months or so ago.

Buttigieg was then, and still is, the only person on those debate stages that has a legitimate shot against Trump in the General.

If Warren and Sanders are sidelined and lose a month or two of being on the campaign trail all the way up to and during the beginning of the Primary voting beginning, and a Senate trial will surely be putting current leader Biden's name all over the news throughout, this impeachment farce may very well end up being the best thing to happen to Democrats and their chances against Trump as a happy little accident by inadvertently making Buttigieg the one who comes out on top.

Meanwhile... without the impeachment even yet having an effect, Buttigieg has become a viable contender on his own merits for the first time since the debates have started. You'll rarely find a nationwide or a state poll that doesn't now have him in the double digits. Some of them quite comfortably in the double digits now and an even rarer few state polls that show he's actually the leader now.

Here's a sampling of "Dr" Fiona Hill's bullshit.

After having spent too much time creating a heartwarming but apocryphal familial "connection" to the USA and spending some time sucking up the Congress (I've read a lot of CVs and interviewed hundreds of people and I recognize bs when I hear it) she then goes on to tell us what an "expert" she is.

How do we know whether her "expertise" is worth anything? Has she made predictions that came true? Guided policy in a wise way that forwarded American interests? Made any foreign policy breakthroughs?

All I know of her statement is that she thinks she's an expert, she went to the Soviet Union once, and that she's fully embedded in the deep state (which btw is non-partisan).

But her statements contradict her so-called expertise. She's fully on-board with the idea that Russia "successfully" interfered in the 2016 election - for which there is little evidence - and that calls into question her objectivity. OF COURSE she backs what the "intelligence agencies" say because she's part of it.

But what really showed her manipulativeness was this statement

Quote:

"Russian goals are to ... neutralize a perceived US threat to Russian interests"

A "perceived" threat? Is she trying to insinuate that the USA has NOT been actively trying to destroy Russia since 2000? That sanctions and currency warfare and proxy battles and fifth-column support are just ... what? An imaginary campaign? That the USA is just an innocent bystander to Russian paranoia?

Jimminy-crimminy. As a so-called Russian policy "expert", if she truly believes that then she's a lunatic and not fit to advise anyone on anything. And if she doesn't believe that then she just told a big fat juicy whopper, and isn't fit to testify. After that, I just shit-canned everything she had to say.

Quote:

And don't be such a cunt, you know perfectly well I meant her on-air testimony- SGG
No, I didn't. YOU tend to use words loosely and inaccurately, so I sometimes need to confirm what you're saying.

No, I didn't watch her testimony, I scanned thru a transcript. Everything that she had to say about the matter at-hand ... and eliminating all the bloviating ... was that someone told her something. Like all of the other witnesses, she didn't see or hear or do anything directly. It's called heresay and she would never be allowed to testify in a court of law. But she can blab all she wants in front of Congress.

www.intelligence.senate.gov/press/senate-intelligence-committee-unveil

“Before taking the country to war, this Administration owed it to the American people to give them a 100 percent accurate picture of the threat we faced. Unfortunately, our Committee has concluded that the Administration made significant claims that were not supported by the intelligence. In making the case for war, the Administration repeatedly presented intelligence as fact when in reality it was unsubstantiated, contradicted, or even non-existent. As a result, the American people were led to believe that the threat from Iraq was much greater than actually existed.”

Signym, I see that Senator Dianne Feinstein, on the Intelligence Committee, became aware that Bush had been lying about everything on Iraq. She was furious in the polite way of Senators: "We are going to be paying the costs of this war for decades. Yet this President has asked for more time. Waiting another 2 months will not change anything. It will be more of the same. As has been said on this floor tonight a myriad of times, but I must echo it: The President shows no inclination to listen to a majority of the Senate, to the American people or to the House of Representatives. He has provided no exit strategy, no plan to begin redeploying our troops. Come September, there is no reason to believe anything will have changed. Why wait to act?"

If I was Senator Feinstein, I'd have clearly stated that Bush is a lying sack of shit and demanded he be impeached for misleading the Senate about WMDs in Iraq. That's why I could not be in politics. Feinstein knows Bush is a liar, but she was far more restrained, not mentioning Bush had fooled her.

In the Iraq War, once it had degenerated into a flaming fiasco, there wasn't enough votes from GOP Senators to end the damn thing. Nothing Trump has done is as stupid as Bush's Iraq, so there is not enough GOP votes to end him, either: "There doesn't appear to be the 60 votes needed to bring the debate to a close, and there still are not the 67 votes needed to overcome a Presidential veto." -- Senator Feinstein on Iraq
