Legacy Media tried very hard to paint them as racists, and failed equally as hard. Because nobody believes the Legacy Media at all anymore.

Democrats are so gross in 2020 they've got me rooting for the Boomer in the $100 Million Dollar Mansion in his gated community.

They've all got videos of each other online breaking down the gate and jerking each other off on the way to the Democratic Mayor's mansion. They should all be rounded up and thrown in prison.

Nobody tries that shit around here because we've got conceal and carry and it's not a Democrat run shithole. We've even got one of the Midwest's largest Democrat ran shitholes right on our borders and absolutely nothing like this happens here.

Gun sales continue to skyrocket.

Please, tell me again how the Legacy Media polling is accurate and there is no hidden Trump vote.

I don't think the blacks are on board with Democrats in 2020.

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

Guess you broke into the wrong God damn rec room, didn't ya!

Good for them.

If someone broke down MY gate, I wouldn't stand there and threaten, I'd shoot. Because I don't know what the hell those people would be doing next, and I would be in fear for my life.

BTW, that's my favorite scene in Tremors.

The tricky part is that it wasn't exactly "their" gate. That was the fabled "community gate". Truth be told, I've never even seen one of those in my lives. I've never been to areas where people were that rich.

But it's still private property though, and the sign right next to the gate said as much. In fact, even the roads there are not public roads. They don't use public services like trash pickup, or likely even police. They know that government services suck and they've got the money to pay for all of that in their own community walled off from the rest of us.

I mean, I have a huge yard... I could put a road on the front of my property, but it's still my property and other people can't drive on it.

And even though they have stand your ground laws, you've got to realize that the entire Legacy Media and Twitter Mob is against them. They did the right thing by not shooting.

If either of them had fired a warning shot, they might have been arrested. Local laws all over the place are screwy, and you certainly have to take into account the Legacy Media bias against gun ownership and white people in general right now. Firing off any type of warning shot that wasn't meant to be a kill shot could have backfired on them. If they couldn't justify the use of lethal force, which clearly they couldn't if they weren't shooting to kill, a good team of lawyers and a bad judge could throw the book at them.

As it stands now, the Legacy Media seems VERY disappointed to report that it doesn't look like any legal action can be taken against the couple.

And so, Based Boomer Couple of St. Louis, the internet dub's thee Burt and Heather. Those mask wearing idiots certainly did break into the wrong god damned rec room.

P.S. Sigs... That's my favorite scene too.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

There is according to the family a statue down there of my French Canadian great grandfather. He had fought for the Confederacy.

We don't know where it is now. It belongs in a museum.

Yeah. I just posted some updated thoughts on statues in the other thread.

Museums are a good place for them too.

At this time in the US's history that is where they should be.

Well, don't get me wrong. The only reason I agree with that is because it's for their protection. I'm not on board with any of the Lefty bullshit and my mind hasn't been changed about any of it.

And they'd have an argument if they stuck with strictly Confederate statues, but they're also tearing down abolitionists, Union statues and even American Presidents as well. Anything that is a statue with a white male is being vandalized.

The vandals should be thrown in prison for a long time, and the statues should be put in museums where thugs and degenerates can't get to them.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

I agree with the protection, especially when it comes to a piece of my family's history. Right or wrong or whatever the heck reason my great grandfather found himself caught up in the civil war. I don't want it destroyed.

Also I don't like seeing any historical statue destroyed. Put them in museums where they can be learned about. Destruction does no one any good.

I don't understand your usage of "based"

"Based" has had a metamorphosis of meaning over the years.

Now it means "un-woke" and/or Red-pilled.

It would be interesting if you could find out more about your great grandfather.

It would be great to know more about what he did the US but that means getting to the US and Louisanna specifically to go through civil war records.

I did decide to take a quick look at something on line. National Archives which wasn't much help. Course I could just keep trying on line. Different takes.

The monitor works but at the rate things are going. I think I will end up just buying another flaming laptop until I can get a hold of my IT guy.

You know, my dad said once that we had a fairly close family relative that had a statue made of him for being a great Indian killer.

Put that in a museum??

Um, no. Waste of a perfectly good museum.

If I knew who it was I'd find it and burn it. Don't give a single damn if it IS my family history. Better off with a page in a book.
