What about gravity? FTL? Aliens? Why is the sound issue so important when all these other issues are ignored?

It has an essay that explains why there aren't aliens (what are the chances that there is life anywhere near us), questions the terraforming issues (what are the chances that they'll find one planet or moon with the same everything that Earth has), etc... Plus, I believe Jos has explained in the past that the no sound in space was an artistic decision rather than one of physics. Plus about every other sci-fi has sound in space. Why should Firefly follow that premise as well? Oh, and play Cantr II at www.cantr.net.
