Meaningful, Purposeful, Upstaging and Joss

We all know Joss thinks upstaging is funny as long as it doesn't detract from the story. We saw that with Numfar and though Lorne and Angel were talking, what they were saying was unimportant to the story.

Then there was Buffy, the episode about the guy with the letterman's jacket. Buffy is off to prove her love and kill the principle. The princple is in his office, at night doing paperwork, we see Buffy with a bazooka gun coming closer, closer...suddenly we see Spike takle her to the ground. A fight insues. All this in background while Principle Woods does paper work to elevator music.

Any other great upstaging moments in either of the shows?
