As Simon and River held each other, they waited in the elevator shaft watching the security lasers rise to them. A hovering craft lowers a lift harness down to them.

What I want to know, is who was in that craft. I want to know who Simon got to help him pull off such a risky manuever. And how he did it. Who would risk helping someone infiltrate a high-security area in the most 'Allianced' area... and all... it's 2:15 in the morning so excuse my attempts to explain this stuff..

But do you know what I mean? Probably used his fortune to higher mercenaries. I just really want to know who they were...

It's not Serenity. He hadn't even heard of Serenity at that time. It was most probably the mysterious underground people he spoke of in the pilot. There really wasn't any reason we had to actually see them.

Sex and violence on the big screen, where it belongs.

BDM is Big Damn Movie

About half of our FFFnet members are NOT in the United States. The movie doesn't open in many parts of the world until November.

Pilot = the first episode of the show. The first epiosde of every show is called the pilot. Most show's first episodes don't even have episode titles, they're just titled "pilot".

And I think you can get away with not putting a *SPOILER* tag in your subject line because you're referring to events that are already described in the series, but still, I think it's the polite thing to do. Please do it.

As another poster has said, there are many people on here from places where the movie will not be released for several weeks (months?) yet.

Ahhhh didn't know that, thanks for the information AND being polite about it since being on the internet is a free ticket to get away with being rude without fear of judgement from the peers around you.

We're a pretty close knit band of geeks 'round these parts and we don't take kindly to unnecessary rudeness. *just enough rudeness to get by, thank you kindly *

If you get the rep as being a dill hole, folks'll tend to ignore your posts. Courtesy is always a good tool out here in the black.

I'm definatly a geek when it comes to Firefly. I swear I've never pointed at the TV screen and hop up and down from a preview like I did with Serenity.
