There's gonna be a 3 different parties over the weekend too. (Fancy dress.)

Also, I was thinking of throwing in a few shots of the hotel, (inside or outside), to create an image of the place. Would you like to see those? Is that too much?

Another selfish, greedy American pipes up.
I am so excited that we'll all able to share in how much fun you'll have, and really grateful that you are writing yourself into a paparazzi part to tell the story of the weekend. Hotel shots, yes! Telling the whole story is always my favorite idea.
You know those of us on this side of the puddle will be thinking of all of you practically every minute. All together, having a blast. Thanks COZ! *waves S2 banner*

Thanks to viral marketing...SERENITY: reopening soon in a theater near you.

I don't mind. It's nice to do something different. It's kinda cool immortalising the event in pictures too.

Thanks.

The photographs will hopefully provide a first person view of the event. Rather than having 'Bob and Jim', who took the photos, in every shot.

I'm aiming to take a lot of funny pics of the guests. (There'll be a lot of guest talk photos come to think it.)

There'll be a brief description of what's happening in each shot, rather than me blethering on about what happened over the full weekend.)

Hopefully, the photographs will do all the talking.

- Cos.

Also for Anime, you can find loads of stuff on Torrents (legal ussually, stuff that's not made it's way out of Japan).

Try:

Wow. I'm gone for a few days, and I'm so lost. I didn't even bother reading all the posts, there was too many. But yes, torrents rule. It's how I got to see every episode of Inuyasha before they're even on TV here. However the ending disappointed me. Well anyways, what else is up?

I give to you the Seeker of Serenity, the Valkyrie Warrior, the Gourmet Cook and the Truth Scoper.

Forgive me for asking - but what is a tea hookah?

Well, it's not really a hookah, it just looks like one, too me. It's a matte (rhymes with latte) and it's for drinking matte tea. It's a Brazilian gourd that you fill with this special rainforest tea called "yerba" and drink with a bombilla (strange combination of straw, spoon and strainer). I tried to find a picture of one on the internet but haven't had any luck. It's wild. All the indigenous peoples of Brazil drink it. And soon, so will I!

Edit: I found a picture. Not a great one, but it gives you an idea. Mine is much cooler looking than this one, though.

Here's an even better picture. You have to take the space out before Uruguay to get it to work, though. Mine looks like those black ones in the back with the metal rim, and it has a little metal stand to sit on. It's funky!

All your blethering, blithering, blathering and blushing and gushing are eagerly and greedily awaited, with sandwiches, by the laptop.

I'm thinking some Randomites must actually be packing for the squared dance right now, and that's why there are so many conspicuous absences the past couple of days.

CITZ: thanks for the link. Anime fan?

N0S: Evangelion, how'd I forget. And the movies are gorgeous, though swollen with funny translations of philosophical references.
