I'm watching a movie. Half way through I want to watch a Firefly episode. So result is I never see the rest of the movie. I haven't watched a full movie or series episode since I found Firefly. Damn you Joss Whedon damn you all to hell :D

I know exactly how you feel! I measure everything against Firefly/Serenity and if it doesn't measure up in the first couple of minutes, I'm gone.

I also am having trouble engaging with any other characters except the ones in the 'verse. I sometimes think it's my desperate need to have MORE! when I know for awhile I'm not getting any.
But I suspect that I've just fallen in love, you know IN LOVE, and no one else is interesting.

Damn you Joss, but in a good way.
