serenity resin model help

i am making resin models of serenity, alot of people are wanting one that is nice. i found a 3d model of serenity mand by a pro and member of this site(you might have read the thread of have the file) but i need someone to make a pic of the boat and put measurements on it inside and out so i can scale it down for a nicer lookine model.

any help even littlebits would be nice and help would reward in cheaper prices for the finished product for helpers so please if you can help out

What format is the 3D model you got in? Where'd you get it? I may be able to help if the file is in .3ds or .dxf/.dwg format as I can read these into MicroStation which can, in turn, output all sorts of formats and provide reasonably accurate dimensional information. I'm a so-called expert with this program (written books about the product) and have done some 'interesting' things with non-MicroStation imported data.

Depending on the 'fidelity' of the model I may even be able to generate a .stl format acceptable to stereo lithography service bureaus. From one of these physical prototypes you can easily make plaster molds for generating your resin copies.

well the file is LWO but i can export it into 3ds for u. i found this file on this site made by a guy and is posted on this site http://www.lwg3d.org/v3/meshes.php?item=515

The guy has talent, this is his own website: http://www.seansgallery.com/ but it is in lwo format, i will export the 3ds file and send it to u if u can give me ur email
