Although the resemblences don't scream out at the screen so much that I can say "Oh wow, they're clones!" I can see what you're getting at, and William Mapother has definitely got a Fillion look there

As for the Wembley/Wash comparison...

Of the three listed, William and Nathan look the most "Twiny" but this is only due to the context of the shots (both a battered and rainedon/sweety). However, when they are both dry and their hair is done, they don't look alike anymore.

How about...

Nathan should have so guest stared on arrested developemnt. Alan did!

I must admit, when I first watched the DVD's (and yes, I am a fairly recent fan), every time I tried to imagine Mal at work or wherever, I kept coming up with Ethan Rom.

I don't have that problem now, but back then, it was fairly disturbing. Specially cause I think Mal's hot and, well, cousin of Cruise or no, poor Willy's not. Totally threw off my mid-day fantasy.

I'm trying to see if I can come up with more...

Ron Glass and Albert Einstein?

Actually, that's pretty good. The same crazy hair, the same nose, and the same mustache. Huh!

Actually, I've also been kind of struck by Nathan's similarities to Blake Sennett, especially younger Nathan. Blake's had a bunch of roles on TV. The wise guy on Salute Your Shorts, Joey the rat on Boy Meets World, and, for you buffy fans, Michael Czajak in the episode Gingerbread (3.11). He's also the guitarist for Indie Band's Rilo Kelly and The Elected.

Unfortunately, he's also the only 'celebrity' with no online pictures. Here's the best I could find (he's on the left):
