It just occurred to me, I still CAN see Serenity on a big theater screen, because this is my week to run the free Friday night picture show at our tiny nonprofit theater here in town, The Way Station. We always show a free G-rated movie on Friday nights and the Saturday matinee, and sometimes after it's over and the kiddies (and a few grandparents) have all gone home, I stay late and watch something I'd like to watch, because of the big screen and the sound system.

I'm all excited now. Can't wait to see our sweet gal Serenity fly across the big screen.

Doan gotta be jealous... Just come on over to The Way Station Theatre at about 9:00 Friday night central time. The movies are all free but popcorn'll cost ya a quarter.

(Grizwald's a girl, btw)

The Midwest is a pretty big place... might have to drive around a bit before we stumble across the Way Station...

If you consider a 37" LCD screen "big", I can report that the DVD looks just great on same. And it has full Dolby Digital sound, so it should rock your world if you crank it.

I don't disagree on any particular point.

Aww, Griz, I wanna come see it. But I don't think you are that close to me.

But crank it and enjoy! You are gonna love it when you see Serenity come up on that big screen. I predict goosebumps and tears even.

I got to watch it on a slightly larger screen (we're not talking movie screen..but fairly large) in a screening room on my campus (yay for being a film student!) and for me it looked might fine!

Jealous you get to find out! Let us know how it looks?

Awwwww, my girl looked so pretty flyin across the black! Nearly made me cry, though, watching her do belly-flops on landing after getting through the space battle. Poor Serenity, it looked like it HURT.
