This is my first log in when it comes to this web site. SimonI have only recently had the opportunity to enjoy the fascinating world that has been created by Joss Whedon and the whole cast and crew of Firefly and Serenity. I'm just really sorry that it took this long for me to find it. I have never viewed a movie or TV series that has drawn me in with such emotion. The writing and the acting is superb. I find myself searching for new stuff everyday.
I have spent a few days checking out the website and I finally decided to throw this in. I would definitely like to be part of the campaign to help get future Firefly shows or movies made.
I love reading everybodies posts and I hope to be included into some of these discussions. If any of you can provide me with any other sites or info. I would greatly appreciate it.

Don't worry about taking a while to find the show, you found it & you are here, that is what is important.

Be sure to spread the word & introduce the show & the movie to everyone you know. We can use all the fans we can get to help keep us growing. The more of us there are the better our odds of a movie sequel.

Welcome aboard lysander! Good to have new crew. Feel free to speak your piece on the boards here, everyone is pretty friendly. Don't be sorry it took you til now to find Serenity, point is there's no leaving Serenity and you found your way.
As for ways to get our show or a sequel moving spread the word, buy dvds and spread the word some more. Loan dvd's to a friend (and make sure to have an extra copy just in case) and more shall be hooked.

For Firefly news I go to www.fireflytalk.com. They have a podcast every week which comes out on friday or so, with news and some pretty cool stuff. Check it out some time. Good talking to ya.
