Okay, it was 28 Days, not 28 Days Later...

So, I netflixed 28 Days Later b/c someone said it was good and I thought I had heard that Alan Tudyk was in it. Yeah, so I heard wrong. Still, I enjoyed being scared out of my skin (easy to do) and moved on.

Then on TV last night was 28 Days! Every time Alan Tudyk was on the screen I laughed hysterically (not necessarily a good thing considering the subject was substance abuse). I get his part as comedic relief, but he was so over the top - and with that accent...the glasses...

And as a bonus, later that night I caught Gina Torres on a re-run of CSI where she played a no nonsense prison warden...

And that's when the question hit me: who is the genius who saw these two as a married couple?? Oh, yeah...Joss Whedon...amazing instincts...

Mal:We're still flying.
Simon: That's not much.
Mal: It's enough.

I've been arguing with my mom for years about whether that was Alan Tudyk. I could never remember for sure. But you're right, he was sooo hilarious in that. And we can't forget him in A Knight's Tale. Though I can't imagine Wash "fonging" anybody.

At last.
We can retire and give up
this life of crime.
