I loaned out my personal vol 1&2 to my brother. The actual loaner set is languishing at the home of a newly converted recruit in Houston, Texas. Kind of limits what episodes I can see, y'see.

Thanks again to Sci-Fi, even if they do blur the Capn's backside in "Trash".

Even though its a little weird with commmercials I love watching it cause there's the intro by Mal and at the end of every episode theres the, i dont know what to call it, lighted picture of Serenity. It reminds me of the 80's. heheh...

im not sure if it was used when it originally aired but everytime its on the sc-fi channel there's the intro. it was a good reminder of what happened, I wish they were on the DVD's for my mom because shes forgetful.

Actually, there were three different intros, two by Mal (one slightly longer) and one by Book.

And if you listen close, SciFi has been adding sound effects into the background. At least they did last summer, and the last time they aired as well. Little things, like footfalls where there are none on the DVD. Again, props to Auraptor for first noticing.

And as a final note, the 14th is the first night of the new Stargate seasons! Gatefans will be checking out the schedule, and may notice the show having a marathon earlier in the day... Thanks, SciFi!

I have one of Mal's intro speeches and Books as mp3s, but I figured they were never used. Do the i-pod episodes have the intro? I'm gonna have to download one or 15 in that case.
Yay for Sci-Fi for scheduling it right in front of the season's premiere of SG! Maybe they really are trying to promote it and see how that goes.

Yay! We really should email/write scifi to thank them for showing our BDS. I've always dreamed of Scifi reigniting Firefly. Maybe if they see how much we love our verse and appreciate them airing eps... Hey you never know. And I so wish the intros were included on the DVD as an extra at least. I love them! You know thats a good idea! I guess using the sci-fi website would be the easiest way to do this right? You know if Joss wanted to make more money all he would have to do is re-release Firefly with the intros. Because not everyone has an Ipod plus I would buy it, oh and one for mother too!
