I havent been here in awhile so im not sure if anyone has bitched about this(im sure they have)but wheres Summer Glau's auto card. And how come theres no pieceworks cards?

I'm sure I have answered this before.

I think there are no piecework cards from Firefly because inkworks did not think to buy any of the Firefly stuff several years ago (when extra stuff was probably just thrown away) and store them somewhere until they produced the Firefly cards in 2006.

Have no idea about why no Summer Glau auto card in the Firefly trading cards. Could she have been
too busy filming Mammoth in Bucharest, Romania at the time?

Did you get the Serenity trading cards? There are piecework cards and Summer auto cards.

Maybe there are no River pieceworks in the Serenity cards because there were not duplicates of her clothes or ones that were damaged or torn. Seems like those would be the ones that would be chopped up into little pieces instead of selling them as a unique prop.

Serenity cards 10 different signers: Nathan Fillion as Mal, Gina Torres as Zoe, Adam Baldwin as Jayne, Alan Tudyk as Wash, Jewel Staite as Kaylee, Morena Baccarin as Inara, Summer Glau as River, Sean Maher as Simon, Ron Glass as Shepherd Book and Chiwetel Ejiofor as The Operative (10 different cards, inserted approximately 1:36 packs).

And you can still get Serenity Trading cards and Firefly tradings cards. Here is one vendor:

I got my Serenity cards from them recently. They are good people and Browncoats. Got me a Gina Torres piecework card.

I don't think I should tell you whose autograph card I got.

And look they still have some of the cool Firefly Collector binders.

You can probably still find Firefly Trading cards at your local Comic Book store. They may be a box or packages of cards waiting on a shelf just for you.

Piecework cards are cards with a piece of
cutout cloth attached.

Here is an example of what they look like

I bought one of these Firefly uncut mini-sheets from poplollies
and I got the last Serenity Uncut mini sheets they had (other vendors may have some)

And that shiny collector's album. I'm keeping the comics in it too.

I guess I'll have to order online if I get any. I know we don't have a comic book store in my city. I'm not sure if there are any nearby. I might have to do some exploring on that...

The cards look really cool, especially the ones with costume pieces and the special autographed ones!
