I've read somewhere, that this was supposed to be in July, but so far, we're nearly at the end of August and still no news about a Belgian boxset.

Getting a wee bit desperate here, to get it, because I have no means of buying it online, or else I would have bought it into infinity already for myself and my friends.

Also, releasing the movie, and not the show seems like a stupid move to me.

Anyone here knows anything about this?

Do you look for something in Flamish? I have checked Amazon France, and the DVD there is only English, so I guess, a French version does not exist. Or would English be enough for you? (then we can surely arrange something ...)

As long as it has English subtitles and is also spoken in English, I'd be happy to get whatever boxset there is.

This might help:
I've found many of my 'foreign'versions of Serenity by changing the settings on Google.
To the right of the text entry area, choose "Preferences" or "Language Tools" and select from the list.

To look for the Russian release, I pulled the translation of "Serenity" (Миссия Серенити) off of a site; much more effective than searching in English. Focussed on sites with URLs ending with ".ru"

Google also has a translation tool, but I've only used babelfish.

If I wanted a Russian version of Serenity, I could ask my best friend. :) But I do have the Benelux version, which is the same as the Australian one.

Good tip, but, turned out to be fruitless, however.

OK, so here is what I could do:

I can buy the DVD box at Amazon and have it shipped to your address directly. You then can transfer the money to me.

The German BoxSet has German and English with English subtitles (German languag version is crap, though). Price is EUR 47,89 plus posting (about 5 €)

UK-Version has only English, but I have not seen any information on subtitles. Can any UK-person help out here? Price would be £18.97 (about 30 €) plus postage.

Anyways, since you have internet, you could probably also buy it yourself at Amazon.de or amazon.co.uk. But let me know, if you like me to do it for you (and then I would need your mailing address).

I will most certainly take your offer in serious consideration. I've sent my brother in law in search of it too, and just remembered that I have distant relatives living in Germany, myself.

Maybe I could ask them to bring it home for me. I do wonder if they sell it in Luxemburg, as well. Because I just know my godfather would love to bring it home for me, if he could.

And then there's my boyfriend. He'd buy it for me, if he had the money.

There's options I'd like to try out first, before using you as a resort to get the boxset. XD Besides, through my German/Luxemburg family members, I could get that kickass pink DVD version, too. (Serenity, rather said.)
