Greetings, folks! The release of our episodes has been a bit sporadic of late, but the crew at www.stillflying.net is back with our newest episode, which will be the first of five episodes to air on a weekly basis.

Haven, written by Tom Cohn and George Krubski, picks up the story where we left it a few weeks ago: “While Zoe and Wash settle into life on Haven, Mal seeks outside assistance in pulling off a heist for Mingo and Fanty.”

It’s been a while since we aired In the Shadows, so we’ve added a brief “Previously on Firefly…” (which means that if you haven’t been reading along so far, this is a great jumping-on point!). This episode also features the official debut of our new “artist-in-residence,” Victoria Pavlova.

So head on over to www.stillflying.net to read Haven. While you’re there, why not join the forum? You can discuss the episodes—and Firefly topics in general, rate our episodes, and let us know what you think. We’re always happy to hear what the audience has to say.

A new episode will air next week, so until then—

Keep flying!

Is this web site stillflying.net created by fans who decided to write their own story of how things go?

Yep, it's a fanfiction virtual series finishing Season One and now moving into Season Two (by the time the 5 episodes are complete, we'll be into the second half of Season Two). Our series is told in the form of scripts, and we've gotten kudos for our attention to continuity (both internally and with respect to loyalty to Joss's episodes).

Give it a try!

A very excellent episode! If you haven't given it a try then I definitely recommend it. Some people say that script form is difficult but the extra work I think pays off.

Just wanted to remind folks that if they don't want to head all the way over to www.stillflying.net, they can find the teasers of our eps (and, this just in, a little bit of Victoria's wonderful art) right here in the Blue Sun Room.

No, you shouldn't have to register to be able to view (read) the episodes. (I'm not registered but I am able to read them....although I am thinking of registering so that I can get into the forums) You DO however have to have Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is a free program and is used by most websites. Here is the link for the program: [url] http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Also, I think that this episode is a larger file than earlier ones (on account of the pretty pics), so it might take a little longer to load.

If folks have problems with the pdf format, please let us know so we can try to come up with a solution.

You definitely don't need to join the forums to access the episodes, but we hope you do join and let us know what you think!
