Familiar face on BSG

For anyone else who has been watching BSG maybe you picked up on something a lot faster than I did. The past 2 eps have introduced a new character who has looked extremely familiar to me and unfortunately I have been unable to place him until I happened to notice the credits on the last ep, and even after I saw the name I said to myself, "hmmm where do I know that ugy from?" The guy I'm speaking of is Mark Shepherd (AKA Badger) I think the lack of his fine hat is what threw me. Anyway just wanted to throw that out there.
