I know there is so much left unanswered, but if another episode could be made, what story would you like to see continued or concluded? Let's say other than Book's back story which would be the standard answer.

I just finished watching the series and now I'm verklempt, please discuss:

Where's Niska?
Where's Yosafbridge?
Where would the Blue hands go next after Ariel?
Would Petaline be able to fill Nandi's shoes?
What happens to Jubal Early?

How does Zoe cope with Wash's death(I hope he really hasnt died...seerusly) ?
Will Captain Tightpants and Anoera (I cant spell it) ever get it on ?

Biggest quiestion I have is, will there be an uprising, Mal and the crew leading a revolution to break the aliance ? Now that really would be a great sequel

I never thought we would see the crew fighting in a revolution. I always pictured the final episode having the crew aid in the start of the revolution, and as the initial battle played out before them and the indepedents were winning Mal would just look on and go "Huh" in awe, and then it would fade out.

Well, in my humble opinion:

Niska picked up where he left off, still runs his criminal empire, and harbors a burning hatred for Mal and the crew of Serenity.

YoSafBridge spent about two months in an Alliance prison, then married her jailer and escaped. She harbors a burning hatred for Mal and the crew of Serenity.

The Blue Hands question is answered in the graphic novel, "Serenity: Those Left Behind". They no longer harbor a burning hatred for Mal and the crew of Serenity.

Petaline is doing a fine job, though nobody could ever replace Nandi. Unfortunately, Burgess's former allies among the townfolk harbor a burning hatred for her, Mal, and the crew of Serenity.

Jubal Early managed to recall his spaceship and rescue himself, and he harbors a burning hatred for Mal and the crew of Serenity.

What's her story? Why did she leave Shihnon. Why did she say "I don't want to die at all?" Why did Nandi think she hadn't changed a bit in so many years?

And what's up with the black box and syringe?

And another one, maybe the biggest question of them all.... Why did they cancel this show?

Yep. It was a plan they had for an episode where Inara gets taken by reavers. I still want to know her backstory though!
