Yeah it became a major topic of conversation at poker night that evening. We had to tell the story like 4 times as different people showed up (mind you this is difficult to do while still not talking to the other person). In the end everyone sided with me. Though there was lots of laughing.

I laughed a lot at the many times she would turn to me and start to talk and then be all "oh yeah...grrr".

It is usually a load of fun if I call my wife any of these things. Not that I would do that with any seriousness.

Certainly not with you. But I've had a rough thread.

Good night, Mav. Dale will be on the news.

Edit: It really didn't dawn on me until now how crappy the last couple of weeks has been and how phenomenally tired I've become. So perhaps I have been bitter. I really didn't intend to take it out on the Imponderables, but perhaps I have and people have read that between the lines. If I've bothered anyone, please let me know and accept my apology. I'm burning my candle at both ends. I need a break.

No caffeine for Fly.

The first "q" was an inadvertent, premature post by me in the "firsties" position, quickly edited to be a full post. But not quick enough. I was lambasted for trying to get the firsties position with only a single letter post. I recanted my unintentional claim.

Edit: I'm remiss in not giving you a hug. *quick hug, wary of sharp claws*

Sucks that your back hurts, I'd offer to help with that, but I am a bit far away for that. I too am glad that it's Friday, though I have a busy weekend ahead. Saturday I am seeing the last of my high school friends (finally) finish college, and probably hanging out all day. Sunday I am going to a D*C meeting to hopefully get some progress on having our BDHs invited and present in September. :)

All in all, doin' shiny. Cept I'm hungry. Oh, it's lunchtime! Back later.

Wheee Mav the caffine high:) Oh and speaking of NCIS

Select to view spoiler:

OK which plot contrivance are you speaking of the whole Jenny going off to confront friend of fathers, the whole your father's really alive, or the Gibbs sucks as temp director?? Also, I love Abby and I am so glad they couldn't pull a fast one on her. I did feel sad for Tim when Abby said she loves him like she loves puppies and it's really obvious he wished she loved him differently...also glad Jeanne's co-worker said something to her about how she was moving too fast for Tony

Hobbleit...ah the joy of school:)

WHAT is wrong with me?

Um, nothing is wrong with you. However, DO NOT let him come back again. I, personally, would've written him off after the second episode. If you let him keep coming back, he'll have zero respect for you...although it sounds like he doesn't have much already. Kick him to the curb.

I agree with Rugbug except for the nothing is wrong with you part. You're letting him walk all over you. That's wrong. You need to stand up for yourself. Heck the guy might not even know that he's upsetting you.
