Weekly should be bang on (sum(day1...day7)/7) (unless I munged something with a cut/paste).
Overalls might not quite match because of different start dates for data collection (but should be really close by now).

Hey, maybe I missed something (I've been working A LOT lately) but...why is Firefly red? Down on the list of the top 40 the word Firefly is a different color than the rest in the top 5 and the other 35. Whats up?

Ah, but that's the thing, I don't do a running weekly average; I keep track of an average of the "first of the previous month to now" and "jan 1st to now". However, if it will help you worry less:

I should have re-read your initial post. I read as "our averages don't match" (so there must be a problem somewhere), but as you've said, it's because we track different things.

Since I first started keeping stats on votes (25 October '06), Xena has gained 177 819 votes (counted until 16 May 07).

During the same period, Firefly has gained 213 200 votes.

That's a difference of 35 381 votes over a period of 203 days (in our favour)

If some basic assumptions on my part are correct, this means that on average we've been gaining 174.29 votes per day on Xena over that period.

This seems to suggest that, even with their very efficient voting push, we still gathered more votes than they. Should they then again have another voting push, we'd still eventually catch them.

How's that for positive thinking!!
