Firefly Quotes and Browncoat Original Inspirations

I'm curious to see/read what inspires us. I would like to ask anyone who might be interested to list the Firefly quotes that inspire them (and why if you want to say) or write your own. Over the years I have used diverse writings to inspire me and try to take time each morning to read and consider how I want to focus my day's activities. Frequently I loose it but some days I am able to incorporate my morning musings into how I interact with my fellow human beings. I think I learn something on those days. I'm going to start with one of my own writings and would look forward to seeing others. I am often inspired by what I read here. Anyone willing to share what inspires them?

Just to be boring it's the second verse of the theme song.

I think it inspires me because our world is becoming so small. There are less and less places to go if you want to live with some space around you and with less people telling you what to do.

The sky becomes infinity. No one can own it all.

I live in a part of the UK that has a lot of big sky. Big and flat countryside. The one big city limits the height of the buildings to the height of the cathedral spire. I don't do well hemmed in by tall buildings.

Anyway, that's what speaks to me. :D

Oh and one of my own moments of inspiration? "We're so busy doing stuff that we never manage anything."

"Wacky Fun"(personnel fav)
"I aim to Misbehave"

& the obvious "Shiny","Gorram & Gorramit"
