I don't know if this has been out there yet, I'm almost certain it has and I'm a Johnny-Come-Lately, but I thought I'd post it.

I was flipping channels last night and stopped on the Boomerang network to watch Justice League Unlimited. The episode (Mystery in Space) featured one Nathan Fillion as Vigilante, a cowboy hero, and one Gina Torres as Vixen, who does something or other with animals, nothing Tijuana-ish.

Anyhoo, it was cool to hear them on the small screen again. Just passin it on.

Yep, and in other episodes you can also hear:

Morena Baccarin as Black Canary
Amy Acker as Huntress
Alexis Denisof as Mirror Master
Adam Baldwin as Rick Flagg Jr/Hal Jordan/Jonah Hex

Seems lot alot of actors get in on this. The quite a few of the Next Gen cast was in Gargoyles. Jonathan Frakes was Zanathos
along with Sally Richardson as Elisa Maza , and Marina Siritis as Demona. I think Michael Dorn and Brent Spinner added their voices too.

CYBERSNARK

Frakes' character was Xanatos

And yes, Gargoyles was "the place Star Trek actors went."

Brent "Data" Spiner was Puck
Michael "Worf" Dorn was Coldstone
Nichelle "Uhura" Nichols was Diane Maza (Elisa's mom)
Kate "Janeway" Mulgrew was Anastasia Renard/Titania

It's a real pity Patrick Stewart never showed up. He'd have made a great English King. . .

Doh! Pardon my mispelling. Good point about Patrick Stewart. At first I thought MacBeth was Sean Connery until I realized it was John Rhys-Davies.

Actually... the Gargoyles/Trek cast swap is even longer than that.

Jonathan Frakes/Xanatos, Coyote
Marina Sirtis/Demona, Margot
Nichelle Nichols/ Diane Maza
Avery Brooks/ Nokkar
Colm Meaney/Mr. Dugan
Michael Dorn/Coldstone
Kate Mulgrew/Titania, Anastasia Reynard
Brent Spiner/Puck
LeVar Burton/Anansi

And technically, from the films and trek guests:
John Rhys-Davies/Macbeth
Matt Frewer/Jackal
Paul Winfield/Jeffery Robbins
David Warner/The Archmage

Once they got Frakes and Sirtis, it was easy to say "Hmmm... we need a voice for Goliath's brother... big deep voice... who do we know... hmmm, HEY! How about Michael Dorn??"

... it definitely went a lot like that. ;) I imagine it was the same with the Firefly crew.
