Roxy? In my Pub? Wow we have now reached Rock Start Status?

I always seem to miss all the good parties!

So how is everybody doing?

I agree! We should work on that! I'd suggest the word 'companion' but to us 'coats that means something a bit different... Hmmmm, must ponder on this...

I also agree and apologise for doing that really annoying thing of making old fashioned assumptions. Very middle aged of me!

I am still having housing issues. Not keen on the wardening idea - I'd have to spend a couple of nights a week trying to stop the students from overdosing/ sleeping with each other/ killing each other etc, apparently all whilst living in a shebox. On the plus side, it's rent free and they even include the (bad) food but then again, it's a shoe box!

There is a little flat nearby, however, is looking a bit more promising! (You can have a look if you're interested!)

No what you want is one of my workmates coffee, none of this 'energy drink' stuff

There's a few of us keep a stock of ground coffee and various types of teabag in, usually safe as most people prefer instant coffee and NHS teabags (proles...) but when this bloke made up the first cup the other night, well.

We were wondering why it was so strong, wasn't until I got the coffee through later we realised he'd used half a tub of espresso to make our three mugs of coffee >.<

I've never seen Bawls over here. I think it might just be a US thing. Red Bull is the best I've found. So good in fact that some Bristol bars banned the serving of Vodka and Redbull as it kept people awake long enough to turn into violent/ destructive drunkards rather than unconcious drunks!

Yep, Bawls is very much US only. In fact, I think it's illegal to ship it out of the country.
I hate red bull. I slammed one once and it tasted like barf and I fell asleep not twenty minutes later. Guarana is where it's at, baby.

Morning pretty Bryce
Check 7-11 for the pretty blue bottles. Careful, though, for it is likely to make you quite high strung. Also, tasty though it may be, don't yeild to the temptation to drink another one!

It is true that Red Bull is an aquired taste! Whether it is worth aquiring that taste is debatable. Since at the time it first came out I was seriously in danger of ODing on Proplus and have never liked the taste of coffee (Yucky stuff! Too bitter! Can only just choke one down when the taste is drowned in sugar, milk and hot chocolate!), I felt it was the lesser of two evils! Now I can drink it fairly happily, barely noticing the fact that it is saccarine artificial nastyness!

Anyway, I can and will use the substance to pour myself a drink and propose a toast to Mavs and her new job! (I hope it's safe to start celebrating. We've already established that she buries the bodies deep so those security checkers shouldn't find anything - unless someone's been talking?!)

Hurrah!

Why thank you, Emma. I appreciate it. I haven't got the official "We've confirmed you aren't a heroin addled felon. Come in on Monday at 9 AM" call, but I hope it comes soon. I just got back from the store with a load of new clothes to wear. This job is a skooch dressier than my last one.

A nice clean behind tastes like most other skin. Red Bull... tastes like bull stomach acid. Literally, it was a compound found in bull bile that gives Red Bull its 'energy'. No thanks.

I'm likely to sing something like 'The Scotsman' or a Bon Jovi song, though, just to warn everyone

You don't have to sing Lassy. Well maybe not right away!

Oh and no passing out in me pub! If you is drinking that much you is crossing the line into dangerous and we can't have that!

Bubbly, giddy, talkative, singative (is that a word?) and tipsy are great but passing out can lead to death or more sinister things. *looks around the Pub* At least the patrons here are a trust worthy sort!

*Sets up a Mango Smoothie for PR and more Vodka for Hobbleit*

Sing on Zero, sing on!

Edit: *sets out a few cans of cold refreshing Dew, some icecream sandwiches and a Red Bull for the lurking one*
