Okay, I can't take credit for this idea, but I CAN tell all you kind folks about it...

My friend got the odea (and went through with it) of getting more people to watch and/or buy Firefly/Serenity. It works kind of like pay it forward - He bought Firefly and Serenity for a friend. The friend could only accept the gifts if he agreed to the following conditions - 1. If he liked it, he would have to buy both DVD sets for another friend who may like it, and 2. If he doesn't like it (which was highly unlikely) he would GIVE those DVDs to another friend with the same conditions.

It worked - the guy loved them, and bought the set for another friend, who loved it and bought it for another friend, who we're still waiting to hear from.

I'm going to do this with a couple of buddies while prices are still low, and I hope that other people find this idea good for spreading the word, and (if we're very lucky) we may even get enough BDCE's sold to get a sequel made! Wouldn't that be shiny?!

Ifwe get enough people together, we may do the impossible...again. And be mighty...again!

That is a great ~Idea!! I'm not gonna be able to give it a try till jan or feb (need money before you can buy things. . .who's idea was that?) But when/if I do I will be sure to let you know how it goes!!
