Still celebrating Hogmanay here on the US Left Coast. Neighbors tanked and indulging in the occasional firework despite the possibility they'll burn our 'hood to the dry, dry ground. They did it at Christmas, too.* At least they are consistent. *Fireworks and fire-water, not the 'hood-burning
