anyone else watching this series
I see it on BBCA. Enjoy Reset tonight-thought Martha Jones brought some excitement to the show that I felt lacked the last couple episodes

Also, I can kill you with my brain.

I watched it when I was in England but haven't found it here now we've moved to Canada. I really liked the first series - I'm a big Dr Who fan but Torchwood is quite a different show.

Then again, haven't had much time, and the time I've had had been spent watching these new dvds I got. You might have heard of them...

Yes that was firsties.

Regarding Torchwood I think the first couple episodes of S2 have shown a decided improvement. Though they continue to disappoint me by

It's on the CBC ( http://www.cbc.ca/programguide/program/index.jsp?program=Torchwood).

They've shown the first season but I don't see any information about when they will show the second.

Much as I enjoyed seeing Martha it was the very end of the episode that really caught my attention.

I knew as soon as Tosh fessed up that something bad was coming. I didn't forsee Owen getting shot, just figured there would be some kind of mind erasure deal. Wonder if his death is going to stick or if Jack will pull something out of his bag of tricks(Felix the cat) to get Owen back. Nowadays it's so rare for TV characters to actually stay dead.

I figured you guys were at least a season ahead of us. I'm still waiting for Dr. Who to come back. I think you really are about a season ahead of us on that one.

We finished the 3rd season of Doctor Who in June, while on IMDB it say's a March start for the 4th season but I love Torchwood more shame we only got a handful of episodes (5) to go till the end of the 2nd season.

The Brits have shorter seasons. Doctor Who and Torchwood run 12 episodes a "series" (their word for season).

I guess British audiences prefer quality over quantity. :)

I'd given some thought to movin' off the edge -- not an ideal location -- thinkin' a place in the middle.
