No problem! I'll give you directions coming from the north:

-Take I-95 South.
-Then take I-40 East. The highway officially ends right at the edge of Wilmington, but the road continues as College Rd.
-Turn right onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway and go about 4 or 5 miles. The road bends south and you'll see the Cape Fear River on your right as you enter Downtown Wilmington; here the parkway becomes 3rd St.
-Turn right onto Grace St. The pub is 1 1/2 blocks down on your right.

Tip: The best place to park is at the Cotton Exchange (its the old river port that was converted into shops). Its free parking for the shops there. The Cotton Exchange is another 1 1/2 blocks towards the river, across from the Hilton. Easy walking distance! (If the parking guard is there, just tell him/her that your are going to be shopping at the C.E. and make sure to walk through the shops to keep the guard from getting suspicious. Otherwise, you'll get towed. Though, be careful if your wife or daughter comes with you. They may want to go look at the shops.)

Oh! I forgot to mention that the C.E. parking lot is on the right b/c there is a parking deck on the left that you pay to use.

Some newb questions:
Browncoat Pub & Theater, showing Trojan Women.

I'm just trying to get a feel for the place, not expecting a full set of details.
What's to drink? Fountain drinks & beer I expect (because of the delay for licenses). Any liquor?

What's to eat?

Can we hang out in the Pub w/o the theater? (We've got nothing against theater, just collating data is all)

Nothing like it up here (that I know of), so I'm clueless about what the to expect.

When I popped in a couple of weeks ago, it didn't look like they had much in the way of eats beyond snacks. Not entirely sure what they had by way of drinks. They didn't even have a credit card machine when I spoke to one employee. They aren't fully open yet, so there isn't really much to look at unless you're there to see a play. Though, I'm sure that's going to change in a few months. And, there was a bar section separate from the little theatre area, so yes, you could go in there and have a beer.
