May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

The blog appears to have been pulled:

"The blog you were looking for was not found."

Was this about Marvel Studios announcements of a Captain America movie? If so that will be a live action movie like Spidey & Iron Man.

I think Adam has the physical build, the acting talent, and the presence to pull it off, but would Marvel pick him? I think they would say he is not young enough for what they are looking for. Personally I think he would do the part justice.

Yeah I can't imagine he'd be the choice for a live action Captain America just based on age. Wasn't Captain America a pretty young kid when he became a super hero? I'm sure they'd want to do his origin story for the first movie.

Yeah, Capt. America would need someone in the 18-25 age range, more than likely. If they were to use one of our BDH, I think Nathan would be better for the part - though it would be ironic to have a Canadian in that particular role.

Not to mention the difficulty getting around the issue of Cap being dead and all.

Or do they plan to ignore that?

He'll be back from the dead loooong before the movie is out. This is comics we're talking about. It was never going to be a permanent thing, just like Superman's "death", Batman's broken back, Spider-Man's revealed identity, ect.

The only character Marvel's ever left dead is Bucky..... untill recently, that is.
