Joseph Pevney, who directed 14 episodes of original Star Trek, has died at age 96, of problems related to old age. He directed City On the Edge of Forever and The Trouble With Tribbles, among others.

Thanks for posting this info. Last year a buddy of mine made me copies of all the Original Series episodes on DVD and I started watching them again on a big wide-screen TV....Man, I'm lovin' Trek now more than I ever did! R.I.P. Mr. Pevney. You and your fellow creative folks on Star Trek created a gem that will always shine.
